I think what the most important takeaway here is, you are ALWAYS in vibrational alignment to how you feel. And we have choice in this life to see how we value ourselves and choose how we feel and what we feel we are deserving of. If you feel you are not deserving of good things, you will be in vibrational alignment of that feeling and your world will manifest to reflect that belief and self concept. If you believe you ARE deserving, you will be in alignment with that reality. And it can feel weird to go from one belief to the other...for example if your whole life, you have been believing you are not deserving, well you have formed a well travelled connection in your brain that is related to that thought. So when you start to believe you ARE deserving after lifetime of not believing, it's going to feel weird because your brain is Literally creating a new pathways for that thought. So this is why repetition is important and reframe thoughts is important. The more you do it, the more familiar that belief becomes eventually it will start to feel like your normal belief about yourself. But it really requires work on your end to retrain how you think.
