Exactly, if they did quick action which are needed, such as action by department of roads in the road issues such as immediately clear & clean landslide, its effective but they don't do that take the action, i don't know the why...actual cause.... although...why is it need so many departments in the COUNCIL OF MINISTER...if there is not the priority
