@V3ntilator I've only seen them once in 2011 in a festival and they didn't sing it then so I'm pretty happy they will ❤️ do you know if they sing the same set in each concert of this tour?
@@V3ntilator They should have stuck to the Unia/Days Of Grays style. They could actually play it, and still delivered good quality. They're just straight up pandering to people who don't even intend to buy the albums by trying to fake powermetal. So many newer songs have double kick drums, for no other reason than to make them seem more powermetal. I'm sick of this band being in flux. Either get a new drummer and embrace powermetal, or just go all in on the progressive style.
@@eclipticsonata1313 Yeah. It's weird considering most people probably are old Sonata fans, who is probably bored because of all the "ballads". Perhaps someone in the band isn't able to play fast during whole concerts anymore. Induction which played first were power metal, by the son of legendary Kai Hansen in Helloween. Like father, like son. ;)
@@Wikingking I disagree, i thought they both did a fairly good job. I haven't seen all the videos, but based on my live experience and my own videos, they were both good.
@@ArchjSM well in Unbreakable he was so off that you'd only see this level of bad in x-factor compilations of people to laugh about. It was horrendous.
Thanks
OMG THEY SANG VODKA 😮 hope they sing it when I'm attending 🤯🥹
They singed Vodka for years, so they will keep doing it.

@@OzmaOfOzz Probably same setlist.
Sonata's drummer has varied the bpm ever since the Ecliptica days :)
he slow down like lots part of the set and make Tony's singing harder to catch up. they should really face this situation long time ago
@@grenade310tri yeah I remember listening to their very first 1999 live stuff and being surprised how much he accelerates the tempo at times
Voz poderosíssima de Tony Kakko nesse refrão de 6:33.
Set list with minutes, please! (Jani Liimatainen, it's time to return!)
Nice
I have a better Sonata recording from 2019 at a different venue. Full concert.

Did they play the cage?
Yes.
Yes

It's been that for years now.

And also Tony can't hit the high notes as good as before. I'm so glad that I got to see Sonata back in the days when they were at their prime.
Jani + Kakko = the real S.A.
Who was better live Sonata or Strato?
I think Strato were better and also had a better setlist.
Both were fun but I agree Stratovarius was better. Sonata's drummer isn't able to keep up with the double bass drumming live unfortunately
@@ArchjSM And based on the footage of this channel none of the band's singers can actually sing. Timo was atrocious.

Ei kyllä yhtään näytä urpolta tuo klooni tms häröily. Bitti vinossa lamppu vinossa :)
So many wrongs here. Drummer weird tempo and Tony dont sing the songs like they are recorded.
