Great build! love it. however, do the multi sorting systems not break when you sort such a big number of items in 1 column of chests? seems to me like he hoppers at the back will get clogged if i'm analysing it's workings correctly.
Yes if they get full there is overflow protection that will stop the system and not break it. That is also why we have the bulk storage so hopefully that isn't an issue!

Can Hopper take items inside the ender chest? If that will happened it can be a long distance storage auto stored items.
I believe if the ender check is opened over a hopper, but not passively. We have shulker boxes for long distance storage, cool idea though!
