Doing mornings and evening azkars Eating healthy ,food from tibbe nabvi , eating less and simple , eating halal and tayyib, walking every day , doing physical work , following sunnahs of everyday life. Being a good Muslim character, giving and helping, Inshallah keep us mentally and physically healthy. Don't follow the culture and people to dictate your life . Don't navigate on this Earth without the guidance of your Creator.
