Safe to assume that that kind of damage was abuse ?
I think they tookl the good engine and hood out and swapped them with another car or parts they had on hand. Still, a good base to work with.

With all the work that Car needs I wouldn’t give them more than 10,000. The bodywork alone is going to cost a fortune, not to mention the engine.
