Cant wait to view this , congratulations 👍 wirh 23 years on valium I intend to finish my book I found your you tube stream, moat interesting ..I have read so much on symptoms and only recently been reading up on benzo withdrawal help like tumeric , exercise and fresh air how much its helped one out , tho some days I have felt like crawling aa so much leg pain with & my feet don't always work now they tingle & ache to the point i cant always atand up !
Doctor s I thought were against me & for definite the psych nurse was aa just discharged me 'apparantly well '.
At first withdrwal by them lot i went down to 6 stone

I’ve been in mental health conditions for 30 years and tried getting off benzos for years. His methods and experiences are legendary. Having all those qualities and “real” care, is rare. This man has no ego and doesn’t preach his methods as if it’s a religion.
Everyone in his school - which is extremely affordable - feels comfortable to share ANYTHING. Where else and with whom else can this be happening in/with?
