  • Here are some stretching exercises that you can do after your workout, at nigh or in the morning ♡ It is the perfect full body cool down! I love these exercises because they are active and make your muscles relax :) It's like a little massage for your body and they also help a lot with flexibility improvement.
    These stretching exercises will also help you during workouts to increase your range of motion and make the workouts more effective! Stretching is super important to avoid injuries and to release tension from tour body!

    I also like flexibility. I alternate it with Pilates, exercise routines, contortionism and some yoga positions. it's good to vary
