Tgabks doe this video, however I gave noticed a lot of videos which are meant to help people understand depression always talk of recovering deomnit....they completely forget to mention the struggle those with long term major depression (like myseld), go through, and how no matter what they try, they can't seem to shake it. Please talk more about treatment resistant depression and how it can last door years or decades in my case because not everyone is lucky enough to respond to treatment.
