Madill 124 Swing Yarder - Rosewarne Logging Ltd

Colin and Shirley Rosewarne of Rosewarne Logging Ltd, have just taken delivery of a new Madill 124 Swing Yarder. Recently delivered just north of Dargaville, Northland, the new Madill 124 is seen here with an older 124 and recently delivered Madill 3800C.
The Madill 124 Swing Yarders make up the mainstay of the Rosewarne Fleet, hauling logs to the skid for Processing. The crew was keen to get the new Madill 124 working and quickly were clearing the felled logs in the valley below the skid site. The Madill 124 will make working in the forest a lot safer for the Rosewarne Logging crew, moving towards a more mechanised operation.
This continues a strong relationship between the Porter Group and Rosewarne families.
