Wow! Just discovered you and what a wonderful attitude you have! And that smile...so beautiful! You are just a joy to watch! I notice the Disney stuff in the background and I love that too! And your tiara, lol!!! I'm on a similar journey...just the same amount of weight to lose and I'm down 100 lbs so far and fighting to get off the rest but I will definitely do it....didn't come this far to give up! I've done all the fasting like you and right now I'm coming off of a 72 hr fast and I get to refeed today and I love the fact that I'm not even hungry! But I will eat and then back on for another 72 hrs starting tomorrow. I just love fasting and it's easier than any other way of eating that I have ever tried and I've tried it all. I'm 67 and have been fighting this battle since I was in my 20's so it's been a lifelong battle. IF has been a game changer and I don't ever plan on stopping even when I reach my goal weight. I wish I had known about it when I was younger but at least I know now and I'm loving it. Looking forward to watching more of your upbeat and positive videos. I wish you continued success! 🙂
