I am having the same issue. My father-in-law who recently passed away had Samsung Galaxy A9+ tab. I did factory reset on it but once powered, the tab is still asking for a pin or google account credentials which I don't have. I supposed there is no way around this, correct?
Tried this for 1 hr didn't work Do you have to wait for the password time out to be zero Mine said wait 30 minutes before trying password. But I started to try to get to the factory reset screen an d didn't work . 1 hr and still trying
