People thinking they can call these colorful sugar drinks water just cause they contain water is like if I started calling my body spray water cause it contains water. Courtney is right, words matter. If these people wanna be delusional and say they're actually drinking water, whatever, but don't get mad when the rest of us who live in the real world call you out.
That's like them saying that lemonade is water. Like no it's not! Just because it contains water doesn't make it water. Lemonade is a mix of water, lemon juice, and sugar. At that point it's no longer water.
no wait cause this made me realise this is way serious than what I thought. I was laughing at these people until I read this comment. The sugar addiction in America is a problem.
They heard that water is “healthy” but they didn’t want to give up drinking sugar juices, so they found a way to get on “healthy trend” while still drinking unhealthy drinks and as a bonus found a way to get brand deals.
As someone who always puts flavor packets to water and still calls it as water. I don’t give a shit if I’m being healthy or not. All I do is sit on my ass all day, I ain’t trying to be healthy in the slightest 💀 I drink it because regular water tastes horrible but I need it to survive so I have to find some way to drink it
here's my water recipe! 1. purchase a bottle of water. 2. open it. 3. (optional) you can pour it on a glass! 4. drink it. Congrats! you've now hydrated your body.
Imagine drinking all of this stuff everyday, being delusional to think its actually still water, and then buying many reusable bottles for no reason which the bottle loses its function in return.💀
This feels like some South Park lost episode pilot, people trying to make something as natural and simple as water something colorful and artificially flavored and buying multiple reusable cups. It would be an amazing jab at consumerism, if only it wasn't happening in real life.
This feels like an evolution of the “lemon water” fad. I remember all these recipes being shown of cumber waters, mint watermelon, strawberry and basil, ect. I’m all for adding fruits, citrus, ect to water to flavor it (especially if it helps you actually drink water), but once you start adding sugar and/or salt to the mix, it’s no longer water. It’s juice.

As a WLS patient, I can tell you when you start adding stuff to your water it counts towards your liquid count but not towards your clear water count. Only clear water counts for water. If that makes sense. Each doctor is a little different but my doctors office made it very clear that I had a liquid goal and a I had a clear water goal and they were different. I’m over three years out and those goals are still separate goals.
thank you sm for sharing this info. i never thought for a sECOND to get so upset to argue w these ppl over whether or not this is water. partially bc im not a part of the tik tok community, but moreover bc im aware that you cannot mix in sugars (fake or real), salts, and extraneous things that your body has to work to filter out and rightfully call it “water” 😭 im like: do what you like but dont tell these impressionable ppl liess. misinformation is *running rampant* on tiktok and THAT sort of upsets me so i appreciate when ppl combat that with factual truth.
The comments clearing this up need more likes. Also for some reason everyone seems to think it’s a sugar syrup… I guess they’re just not familiar with branding or reading a label. Skinny Syrups are pretty much all sugar free.
I was going to comment and you wrote it for me…. Years ago when I was on WW, we were told the minute you add anything to your water, you can only count half the amount towards your water ratio.
I don't do clear water. I was fine with water until I had my WLS and then it made me gag. I drink powerade zero's instead and my doctor is 100% fine with this. I'm almost 4 years out (in 3 more days it'll be my 4 year 'surgiversary lol. I've kept the majority of my weight off, but gained back about 15% of the weight I lost. I.E I lost 241 pounds and gained back 31 pounds so I'm still down 211 pounds [I was 417 pounds, got down to 175 and am currently 206 pounds. I never had skin removal so it'd probably be another 15 or so pounds less if I had that done, but the idea of having drains just was a no for me]. My meds were the reason for the last 20 pounds I gained, but I can't go off the meds and I really want to lose at least 15 of the 20 pounds I gained. It's a struggle... I wish I can just say f-it and go off the meds, but they're for my trigeminal neuralgia and when it comes down to it I'd rather be up that 15 pounds then be in excruciating pain that makes me want to kill myself just to make the pain stop. And no that's not an exaggeration. TN is known as 'suicide's disease' for a REASON. It's acknowledged as one of the most painful conditions known to MANKIND! I mean, no one asked me, but I feel the need to spread awareness about the disorder. It still doesn't have a cure and it desperately needs one!).

@@ariawoods9146 Have you looked at the packets for aspartame? Because Diet Coke is “sugar free” but contains aspartame which is an “artificial sweetener” but has been linked to cancer. They say there’s no sugar because they’re using Aspartame.
@@00smodelsspartame is one of the most extensively researched substances in the food supply today with decades of scientific work and hundreds of studies completed to-date. Despite unanimous consensus from global regulatory agencies and health organizations that aspartame consumed in the manner it has been approved for use is safe and has minimal health risks for the general population, public concern on if aspartame has side effects remains alive and well today. Aspartame may be a helpful solution for certain people and population groups to control calories and added sugar intake when used in moderation as part of a balanced lifestyle. Still, additional research is needed to explore aspartame’s potential side effects and adverse impacts on health outcomes, especially with long-term exposure. If you are a person with PKU or are otherwise instructed by a doctor to manage your dietary phenylalanine intake, you should avoid all products containing aspartame. There are many alternative NNS available. If you feel you have a sensitivity to aspartame or would like to avoid products with aspartame for personal preference, be sure to thoroughly review the ingredients panel and choose foods or drinks made without aspartame. Overall, the use of artificial sweeteners poses few risks and may even have benefits for weight loss, blood sugar control, and dental health. These sweeteners are especially beneficial if you use them to decrease the amount of added sugar in your diet. That said, the likelihood of negative effects can vary by individual and depend on the type of artificial sweetener consumed. Some people may feel bad or experience negative effects after consuming artificial sweeteners, even though they are safe and well-tolerated by most people. The only sweetener I’d agree to be wary of is sucralose aka Splenda. Health authorities consider sucralose to be safe, but studies have raised questions about its health effects. The long-term health effects of consuming it are unclear. The problem mainly lies on WaterTok which can sensationalize drinking too much water and using a lot of not-so-great artificial sweeteners. Water and artificial sweeteners may have benefits, but there’s such a thing as too much of a good thing - and it applies here.

The woman at 11:29 kills me. She calls out everyone as being “dry as a bone” because her doctor told her that her mixed drinks count for her daily *water intake* and thinks that means the drink itself is water, but all her doctor actually confirmed for her is that it equates for *how much fluid* she’s putting in her body in a day, not that the drink itself can actually be considered water. It definitely doesn’t take into account the level of sodium and sugar she’s also consuming, which definitely won’t hydrate her and actually has the opposite effect. If anybody’s gonna be “dry as a bone” in the end it’s her, not to mention about 600 pounds from all the sugar and chemicals she’s putting in her body 🤦🏻♂️ that’s like saying you ate a salad just because a hamburger has lettuce and tomato on it
THANK YOU MAAM/SIR you are so true because these watertokers be saying water with sugar and other chaotic shit is water?? Like bbg it's like saying you had just eaten a fruit because a artificial flavored has drink 0.1% of fruit punch in it???
I’m not mad at what they are doing, honestly seems fun and I want to try those drinks. ITS THE FACT THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO STILL CALL IT WATER AFTER EVERYTHING THEY HAVE DONE TO IT
They could put yeast, baby powder anything and they will still call it water, I cannot stand for this. The audacity they have just to call it water just give up it's not water it's poison
I looked up the definition of water. It said a colorless, transparent, odorless liquid. Now if you add syrup, oat milk, vanilla powder, and flavor packets is that still colorless and odorless??? I’m actually losing my mind 😭😭😭
There is a fine line between enjoyment and addiction, and it seems like Watertok crossed that a while ago. I mean, having entire rooms dedicated to flavoring does not seem like a simple liking and craving, it’s obsession
Well, it's official. I'm going to start drinking PLAIN water from today, Courtreezy going on about people who hate water made me realise I drink soda 99% of the time 💀💀
Great, that's good. 👌 I had to stop drinking sodas, like at all, when I was younger, and at first it's hard cause you miss it, but know I don't even crave it, let alone get tempted at stores
@@flonny1340 same!! it was more like i stopped on my own because i knew it wasnt a good think to drink xD but its been 4 years and i rarely even think of soda.
Who wants to bet that one lady who asked her doctor if it counts as water she asked about “flavored water” and did not show him some of the “water recipes” so the doctor was like “oh yeah, flavored water counts!”
As long as you’re not adding something diuretic like caffeine, it does still “count as water” in the sense that your body absorbs water out of it like it would with plain water. That’s why drinks like fruit juices and milk are hydrating, while sodas that contain caffeine are not. A little bit of sugar and/or salt even makes the body more able to absorb water out of a drink, which is why there are special hydration mixes and such like liquid i.v. and to a lesser extent drinks like gatorade. Even though the sugar content of the drinks they’re making is questionable and what they end up with is arguably not water anymore, the human body makes no such distinction.
Water is H2O. Adding any other chemicals (syrup for example) changes it from H2O meaning it is no longer JUST water. It either becomes some sort of flavoured water, squash or juice 🤷🏽♀️ Edit: Guys I get what I said doesn't make complete sense but you get the basics of it. When I was talking about adding other chemicals, I ment the chemicals and sugars in flavour packets and in syrups, not minerals and all that. Just take what I said with a grain of salt... or several. Idk lol ALSO ik it's not a chemical change but instead it's a mixture, the way I sentenced my explanation probably sounded off but I promise that was what I was implying 😭👍
water actually isn't "just" h2o it's supposed to have minerals, salt, and other random stuff in it, plus water is technically a chemical in itself. i do agree adding syrup just turns it into juice tho 😭
My fav 💧water💧 recipe: - 1 cup of water - 1 cup of sugar - Stir to dissolve sugar - Squeeze lemons to fill one cup - Stir everything It’s the best water recipe you will ever get! It’s so good that most people have nicknamed it “lemonade”
She’s right with the artificial sugars being harmful my mom would use the artificial sugars to spruce up the water. Also she saw it on TikTok and thought it was a good idea. Within a time the artificial sugars actually made her gain weight which she was upset about. Not to mention after research it can cause poor blood sugar control and unhealthy guts. So be weary and take breaks from the artificial sugars please!! So I was talking about artificial sugars… so here’s research about the artificial sweeteners. Some of the sweeteners are dangerous such as sucralose, saccharin, and aspartame. The reason is because these are manufactured in labs and is harmful because they don’t come from nature. There’s is a whole list of why the sweeteners are extremely harmful containing digestive issues, increased blood sugar levels, a higher risk of cancer, increased blood pressure and adverse effects on those with pre-existing mood disorders. The list goes on!!! So I recommended regulating how much you are consuming these sweeteners if you are using them!!! If you know anyone who is not being careful with these sweeteners and are consuming them like candy WARN them!!
I think you mean artificial sweetners that are meant to be a substitute for sugar. I've heard that they are much sweeter than actual sugar, which ends making you crave more sugary or sweet treats.
@@zakariahassan7291 mostly right but the craving more sweet things is from addictions caused by the hit of "good good juice " your brain gives when you eat it, then you get resistant to it and have to eat more and more. Had a acquaintance that hated drinking water, so she thought that drinking juices like kool aid would still count as if she was drinking water. It didn't. She now has to get surgery for kidney stones.
Was she ONLY drinking kool-aid or was she drinking other stuff too? Cause you can't completely blame kool-aid for kidney stones if she had a sh×t diet in general. Lol
@billblaski9523 depends on the juice. If you've got a heightened risk of kidney stones and you have a high oxalate diet (primarily found in celery and spinach, as far as food items typically used to make juice, as well as potatoes and almonds) that can get you into an even higher likelihood of developing them. Please don't ever go cold turkey on oxalates as you can get very sick from doing so (your body dumps all of it at once).
100% agree that adding syrup makes it juice. There's a difference between the water additives and literal SYRUP. I drink plain water 90% of the time but every once in a while I'll add some flavor for a little razzle dazzle but no way am I adding syrup. Especially enough to change the color of your tongue?! No way!

In Mexico we have "aguas frescas" which literally translates to "fresh waters" we make it with actual natural ingredients, like hibiscus flower, pineapple, cucumber or watermelon to say a few & yes we do add sugar but sometimes is not even needed because the ingredients are sweet enough & "aguas frecas" do have benefial properties, "agua de jamaica"(hibiscus flower) can help you to reduce bloting, helps with digestion & has antioxidants among other health benefits in Mexico is usually recomended to patients to drink without sugar of curse, I feel like some people in the US took this & ran with it adding a ton of sugar & artificial stuff making it unhealthy while at the same time delulu themselves into believing that is actually healthy, don't get me wrong in Mexico we also have those flavored packets for water but usually a packet makes a big jar of flavored water for a lot of people & we are aware that is not good to have them everyday.
As someone who uses flavor packets, there are two kinds of sizes for them. One for the size of a regular water bottle, and one for 2 Gallons. I think you might be talking about the 2 Gallon packets.. which from my personal experience, are better than the water bottle packets tbh. You can make 2 Gallons of it and store it in the fridge and refill when needed.
The “water” name comes from the part of the community that had weight loss surgery. As part of the recovery, they have to have “clear” liquids, which are categorized as free of sugar, caffeine, and other things. Essentially, anything that’s zero calories even if it’s not pure water or clear in color. They call it “water” because according to the guidelines they were given, these mixed drinks are as good as water, so it’s easy for other people going though recovery to know that the recipe they are watching is, for their purpose, considered “clear” or “water”. But now that the trend is mainstream, the original intention of the videos has been lost.
But all of those things have sugar in it... The sugar-free packes would be the only "exception"(even though it's a lie) so that's weird. Not saying you're lying but it's weird.
@@AlvinKazu I do not participate in watertok (or well any Toks) but as a bariatric sleeve patient who is about to have to go in for a full bypass due to a hiatal hernia I can in fact confirm that anything "clear and sugar free" counts, in fact diet sodas (even coke) also count as water, as does tea, and coffee as long as you do not add any cream also I have heard that the baseline community uses sugar free flavor packages and sugar free syrups. Bariatric folk run very high risks of dehydration given the very tiny stomachs and so anything that can help make it easier for them to stay healthy is encouraged so they do not wind up in the ER hooked to an IV. I myself drink regular water, unsweetened tea and on occasion I use my Cirkul to help mix things up.

What I don't understand is WHY. THE. HECK. are they putting multiple packets and syrups in their drink and not cringing from how sweet it is. I put one packet in a waterbottle and feel like I'm getting a heatflash. 🤨
Courtney is so amazing she always finds a way to make my day better, now I understand why people say becoming a rizzy is the best decision they made in their life.
on its own, water is a drink, just like espresso or coke or orange juice are drinks. as soon as you add things to it, the liquid becomes an INGREDIENT that makes ANOTHER DRINK. these people are acting like they've never heard of mocktails before, which is exactly what they're drinking "mama's tryna have a pina colada" because that's what you made?? they're either in denial or all that sugar is making them DELUSIONAL 💀
My Grandma actually has a really good "water recipe" that she makes for her family reunion that she hosts every summer! Basically you just take some ice water, add fresh lemon juice, and a few sprigs of fresh mint. Chill it in the fridge until you're ready to serve, that way it'll still be cold when you drink it. It's actually pretty good, I recommend it!!! The lemon water is already good on its own, but that little bit of mint really adds something and brings it up to another level ngl.
@@eclipseskylines I don’t know if is a cultural thing, but from where I’m from, lemonade still is considered water, it is just flavored water. Personally that’s why I don’t see a big deal with Watertok, to what I’m just to they are just drinking flavored water because it doesn’t have the consistency of a juice nor does it has the consistency of a soda. Coconut water, Watermelon water, etc., are really common in my country and we still consider it water, flavored water of course.
I get certain things like a specific syrups that adds flavour with next to zero sugar just to help actually get the proper hydration you need, that id would actually consider "flavoured water", similar to adding lemon water to make lemon water which is an alternative,BUT THEY ARE JUST STRAIGHT UP USING CONCENTRATED CORDIALS, THAT IS JUICE, there's a major difference
That's what I thought too- Sweetening water with sugar makes it juice- Flavored water means WATER of a different FLAVOR, not a tremendously changed amount of sugar-
I genuinely have a hard time drinking water unless it’s ice fucking cold or has some kind of flavoring in it. I know it’s sad, but that’s just how I am. Definitely my addiction to soda is to blame, but I absolutely do not take my water-drinking habits to the extreme that these people are doing. That’s overboard. Just one crystal light packet is enough for me in my 40 oz Stanley. Just a little bit of flavoring is all I need.
I mean the whole problem is the calling it water thing. I'd be pretty into it if they just owned up to the fact that they're passionate soft drink makers. I can understand someone who loves to experiment and develop new juice flavors, which is what they're doing!
I think the craziest part is the damn syrup for sure. I have one of the brands of syrups they use (it has like the blue and gold lable with white text and is sugar free) and let me say ONE LIL SPLASH IS ENOUGH!! I cannot fathom how they tolerate several pumps of that stuff PLUS the powder packets.
I mean, how do you think people eat double chocolate layered- fudge cakes covered in whipped cream, caramel, heath bars, and sprinkles? Or drink beverages that are basically the same thing? People do it all the time but I’m over here going into a diabetic coma just imagining it.
The ONLY things you can add to water and still say you're drinking water: - Fruit - Mio Water Enhancers - Ice - More liquid water *Also, fun little factoid: the reason you can "taste" through smell is thanks to the beauty of the olfactory system, 85-90% of taste actually comes from our sense of smell. Which is why a lot of people complain they can't "taste" anything while sick/congested lol

Water is water. You can't add anything to it except more water. It is no longer JUST water once you've added something. Here's the proof: Water: dihydrogen monoxide Mio Water: dihydrogen monoxide (water), citric acid, propylene glycol, caffeine, taurine, guarana extract, ginseng, niacinamide, vitamin B6 & B12, natural flavor, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, blue coloring 1, yellow coloring 5, potassium sorbate It's right on the bottle. There's no possible way to add "flavor" to water and not change the chemistry. Even fruit. Lemon water: citric acid monohydrate (C6H8O7.H2O) Water: dihydrogen monoxide (H2O) Just because it contains water doesn't mean it is water. Add certain tea leaves to water-- absolutely nothing else-- and you're suddenly *de* -hydrating yourself. This is 5th grade chemistry.
I tried AirUp, and It’s literally better than ADDING sugar flavoring to your drink. The moment you even add sugar to water, It’s not even water at that point. Just call it juice and walk away… 😭😭
I feel like you have to cross a line first for it to change from water. Like, if you add lemon and stuff to your water its just flavored water but if you put it into hot water it’s tea. Sugar doesn’t even need to be added

The Doctor is probably thinking that the water has a bit of lemon in it or something.
It either becomes some sort of flavoured water, squash or juice 🤷🏽♀️
Edit: Guys I get what I said doesn't make complete sense but you get the basics of it. When I was talking about adding other chemicals, I ment the chemicals and sugars in flavour packets and in syrups, not minerals and all that. Just take what I said with a grain of salt... or several. Idk lol

As someone who uses flavor packets, there are two kinds of sizes for them. One for the size of a regular water bottle, and one for 2 Gallons. It's kinda like saying coffee is water...just because coffee is mostly water that you can add stuff into...doesn't mean it's still water
I myself drink regular water, unsweetened tea and on occasion I use my Cirkul to help mix things up.
most of the packets and syrups used are sugar free. not defending the goofiness bc omg that’s SO much aspartame and dye, but yeah there’s usually no carbs/calories in the flavoured waters of watertok
@@samm4158 ~"Sugar free" is a scam.
@@AlvinKazuat the end of the op’s comment it’s almost implied that it’s currently out of control like it is because someone took what was supposed to be a fun “cheat” in the weight loss community and it’s been hijacked by content creators looking to be as outrageous as possible for views. I don’t believe in punctuation sorry lol
I saw one guy who was making Kool Aid from the little packets and adding white granulated sugar according to the directions (which makes a very sugary version) and called it water. He acted like he discovered Kool Aid like there wasn’t generations of kids who were rarely allowed to drink Kool Aid because everyone knew it was really bad for you.
Pretty sure that one was satire about watertok lmao
Lol I swear these ppl are dumb as rocks 🤣😩 this is just ridiculous lol…
The denial😂 I use water to make my coffee, they must consider that water as well
yeah the one I saw was a parody of watertok and I cracked up, was really funny!
What I don't understand is WHY. THE. HECK. are they putting multiple packets and syrups in their drink and not cringing from how sweet it is. I put one packet in a waterbottle and feel like I'm getting a heatflash. 🤨
Ong
Water barely has flavor so adding all that sugar has to make it extremely sweet
All that sugar and additives they put in that water is making them loose brain cells
Well those are huge bottles they have
Because it has ice in it.

on its own, water is a drink, just like espresso or coke or orange juice are drinks. as soon as you add things to it, the liquid becomes an INGREDIENT that makes ANOTHER DRINK. these people are acting like they've never heard of mocktails before, which is exactly what they're drinking "mama's tryna have a pina colada" because that's what you made?? they're either in denial or all that sugar is making them DELUSIONAL 💀

@@epoillaKory sort of…a raspado‘s Ice is a bit more chunky and a slushie is like blended ices
The lemon water is already good on its own, but that little bit of mint really adds something and brings it up to another level ngl.
that sounds really sweet but it's not water anymore honey, it's lemonade🥺
🫠
@@eclipseskylines they put "" when saying water recipe
@@eclipseskylines I don’t know if is a cultural thing, but from where I’m from, lemonade still is considered water, it is just flavored water. Personally that’s why I don’t see a big deal with Watertok, to what I’m just to they are just drinking flavored water because it doesn’t have the consistency of a juice nor does it has the consistency of a soda.
Coconut water, Watermelon water, etc., are really common in my country and we still consider it water, flavored water of course.

The fact that the feeling can never be recreated and only works in the middle of the night it rly is something special
This reminds me of when people were putting water in fruit and calling it "nature's cereal." They're really selling it though, cause it seems nice!
Putting water....in fruit 😃😧 say what
@@flonny1340they meant fruit in water, like cereal in milk
but those nature cereal is actually healthy 😭 at least they got different kind of fruits
@@sublimescorpio230 oh ok, no let me be honest, my reaction to that is still 😦😀 say it again
Adding flavor packets make it flavored water
Adding syrup makes you juice
Adding anything else makes it.. not water.
That's what I thought too-
Sweetening water with sugar makes it juice- Flavored water means WATER of a different FLAVOR, not a tremendously changed amount of sugar-
That and my grandma used to buy those packets and they literally say *juice mix*
It’s sad that people really can’t just drink water without anything in it, they’re really just drinking syrup with a side of water.
I mean for me, I will throw up straight water but the syrup is crazy to me. I just drink water with like one flavor packet thingy n stuff
@@kmxrie Mines from an eating disorder but I 100% understand and agree!!
I mean the whole problem is the calling it water thing. I'd be pretty into it if they just owned up to the fact that they're passionate soft drink makers. I can understand someone who loves to experiment and develop new juice flavors, which is what they're doing!
They're drinking the Kool-Aid, literally and metaphoriacally
I think the craziest part is the damn syrup for sure. I have one of the brands of syrups they use (it has like the blue and gold lable with white text and is sugar free) and let me say ONE LIL SPLASH IS ENOUGH!! I cannot fathom how they tolerate several pumps of that stuff PLUS the powder packets.
Right? Even if it's sugar free it's still concentrated syrup, how they drink it is above my imagination
Sugar addiction is wild, man
I mean, how do you think people eat double chocolate layered- fudge cakes covered in whipped cream, caramel, heath bars, and sprinkles? Or drink beverages that are basically the same thing?
People do it all the time but I’m over here going into a diabetic coma just imagining it.
Ok, off-topic, Courtney, you look STUNNING! The skin, the makeup, the hair, the nails, the outfit. A slay, a big slay!
Fr she always looks so good
Girl you’re sane, they know what they’re doing. You keep knowing what you know, don’t get persuaded/brainwashed
So the whole point of water tok is basically "6 year old me making potions in the bathroom" kind of asthetic?
The ONLY things you can add to water and still say you're drinking water:
- Fruit
- Mio Water Enhancers
- Ice
- More liquid water
*Also, fun little factoid: the reason you can "taste" through smell is thanks to the beauty of the olfactory system, 85-90% of taste actually comes from our sense of smell. Which is why a lot of people complain they can't "taste" anything while sick/congested lol
MIO Is no different from the other sugar free syrups.
adding mio makes it flavored water not water
@@thegeniusshow8453 it still counts as water intake. That's according to my doctors and my nutritionist. Which is what people calling it water are talking about. It's such a silly thing for everyone to fight about.
@@misseut12 doesn't matter it's water intake, fruits also hydrate you. to me anyway it's flavored water but 🤷♀people just calling it water is whatevs, same thing
Water is water. You can't add anything to it except more water. It is no longer JUST water once you've added something. Here's the proof:
Water: dihydrogen monoxide
Mio Water: dihydrogen monoxide (water), citric acid, propylene glycol, caffeine, taurine, guarana extract, ginseng, niacinamide, vitamin B6 & B12, natural flavor, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, sodium citrate, potassium citrate, blue coloring 1, yellow coloring 5, potassium sorbate
It's right on the bottle. There's no possible way to add "flavor" to water and not change the chemistry. Even fruit. Lemon water: citric acid monohydrate (C6H8O7.H2O) Water: dihydrogen monoxide (H2O)
Just because it contains water doesn't mean it is water.
8:33
miss girl basically just indirectly admitted that she's not even trying to make this "water like" anymore- 😭

I did that when I was little and I threw up everywhere so I stuck with unedible potions

I recently went through chemo. You wouldn’t believe how disgusting plain water can taste when on certain chemo meds. The only way I could tolerate water, was to add flavor packets to it. Tiger’s blood snowballs are delicious!
