This games survival mode definitely takes some getting used to as it is a lot different to Slendytubbies 3, as though taking damage is more common it is in smaller amounts and you have access to completely refilling your health with a medikit. So you are expected to take much more damage, so make sure you are in a somewhat safe spot when you heal for 5-6ish seconds. I recommend experimenting in sandbox for a bit to see how enemies act.
