The first part was darker, had more secrets and luigi did not had abilitys like a fucking super soldier! I mean back then also in the second game you had to watch out or the ghosts to not overrun you! @@ashenone3050 At least Dark Moon had five different mansions to keep things somewhat interesting, as it does suffer from the same problem, only it's in shorter spurts, which is why I prefer that one. Because the first one only has the one mansion, it actually started feeling very stale before the end of the first level, and then I realized that I had to go through that same mansion for the *entire game!* And while new rooms might've been interesting the first few times I saw them, some of them turned out to be part of the path to get to the next area, causing them to lose their luster very quickly.

Gadd accidentally pressed the Boo button and released all the Boos including King Boo from the Boo Canister. Kinda makes sense as you don't see King Boo in there when you look inside after beating him the first time.
