Boneyard INTERVIEW- Michael Sirow (John Tate) talks about his character in serial killer thriller

Michael Sirow, who plays John Tate in the serial killer thriller Boneyard, talks about his role with Cherry the Geek TV's Joe Vanourney.
Sirow stars alongside Mel Gibson, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson, and Brian Van Holt.
When the skeletal remains of eleven women and girls are discovered in the New Mexico desert, an extensive investigation is launched. Inspired by true crime stories, this chilling crime-thriller follows Police Chief Carter (Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson), Detective Ortega (Brian Van Holt), and Agent Petrovick (Mel Gibson) in a multi-agency effort to identify and apprehend the killer. As each of their agendas and methods clash, a tangled web of intrigue casts suspicion in all directions. The film is loosely based on the 2009 West Mesa Murders in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Michael Sirow is an actor-producer who has costarred in a number of films alongside actors such as Guy Pearce, Harvey Keitel, Stephen Lang, Michelle Monaghan, and Bruce Willis, to name a few. He starred opposite Seann William Scott in The Wrath of Becky, which had its premiere at SXSW in March of 2023.
Most recently, Sirow shot a film called The Patient with Ryan Phillippe and Kate Beckinsale. The Girl in the Pool, a film that Sirow starred in opposite Freddie Prinze Jr, Kevin Pollack, and Monica Potter, will have its theatrical release this July, followed by the soon-to-be-released Lionsgate film, Crescent City, which features Sirow alongside Terrence Howard, Esai Morales, and Alec Baldwin.
Michael Sirow was trained at Cal Arts and currently resides in New York City.
Boneyard is on VOD platforms and opens in theaters on July 5th, 2024.
