To celebrate the birth of Lord Krishna, symbolizing the triumph of virtue and righteousness, the young Lotus Buds of Class I Magnolia and Lavender joyfully participated in a Special Assembly on 22nd August 2024. They beautifully conveyed the significance of Janmashtami and the traditions associated with this sacred festival.
The atmosphere was vibrant, with colourful decorations and props enhancing the festive mood. Dressed as Krishna, Radha, gopis, and gwalas, the students fully immersed themselves in the celebration. A soulful Bhajan filled the air with serenity, invoking the divine presence.
The highlight of the event was a captivating 'Nritya Natika,' showcasing Lord Krishna in various forms: the God-child, the mischievous prankster, the divine hero, and the Supreme Being. The mesmerizing performances left the audience spellbound, with the children's bright and joyful faces radiating love, devotion, and faith.
The assembly was a resounding success, as the children's efforts were showered with praises and blessings on this auspicious festival of Janmashtami. It was truly a day of celebration, filling everyone's hearts with joy, love, and devotion.
