I love how unique the tone of Landmvrks is. Not just the guitars, but I Flo's voice and even the drumming I feel. Love these songs, and Sombre 16 gives me the same feeling as Sessions from Linkin Park's Meteora, with added French rapping.
With bands like Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!, Landmvrks, and Novelists it’s really keeping me in the scene. They’re honestly giving metalcore a new sound and making it not boring. These French bands are something special!
I've been waiting all year for more Landmvrks since Creature dropped haha Very excited for this album! Landmvrks are such a breath of fresh air in the metalcore scene.
These guys made a new fan in me when they opened for Beartooth on their UK tour a couple months ago with Polaris. Great with getting the crowd involved, especially when they played Death, which until I got home and searched for it on Spotify I didn’t know had Drew from Stray From The Path featured on it! Exciting new artist discovery for me that’s for sure
