I am definitely in my cooking era! Lately at TJ’s, I have been making bruschetta. All you need is Ciabatta bread/rolls, bruschetta sauce, mozzarella balls, and balsamic drizzle. Place the mozzarella balls on the bread and put in the air fryer at 400 for 6-7 minutes( whenever the mozzarella is melt) then I get one scoop of the bruschetta sauce on each side of bread and then drizzle of balsamic. It’s like the Caprese sandwich, but No pesto, no meat or sliced tomatoes. The mozzarella balls are already in oil and has herbs in it and the bruschetta, the tomatoes are chopped and marinated in oil. It’s so good!! 🤌🏼 I have too many TJ recipes that I use but this is def my fav!! Also love your videos and you keep doing you girl! 🫶🏼
