@@kevinb2264 no that was 101 Dalmatians this is basically a prequel that they created on their own because it didn't exist before. Yes the character exists in that book, but the story is not the same as this movie. It is not a remake it is its own thing.

I'm pretty sure Cruella had a conjoined split personality. What I mean by that is that she could switch from being Estalla and Cruella in a pinch whilst being the same person.

Original live action cruella skinned a tiger she had stolen from the zoo and 102 dalmatians cruella was so unhinged with her obsession with furs. I wish they would have delved into her madness and cruelty more with this movie. Tho i dont think they made her "good" here.

This would of been a huge success had they billed it as an original movie which it was…unfortunately everyone prejudged this movie without ever seeing it…it was excellent..acting was top notch…especially these two
