Somebody noted in the comments that as Belarusian, John was trained in Sambo, a Russian method that has paralells to Judo. But in real life, Keanu Reeves trained Brazilian jujutsu with the Machado Brothers and during the training for the first movie he obtained his black belt in the system. He also trained Practical shooting, the civilian equivalent to swat gun training. No modern western movie had put the accent in this two real life methods, I think that's the revolution this franchise brought. Recently Scott Adkins (who is in the fourth movie) interviewed Keanu, they also noted the use of cars and dogs as "Car Fu" and "Dog Fu" 😂 Great video as always guys!

She has several dogs. This breed is Belgian Malinois, they are the most amazing athletes, smart and very driven to do a job.

33:09, these 2 guys are a pencak silat master ( Indonesian Martial Arts ) from Indonesia named Yayan Ruhian and Cecep Arid Rahman. When they shooting this movie, the director asked them to slow down their move because they are so quick and agile so they must slow their speed to balancing the speed with Keanu Reeves because if they didn't slow their speed, Keanu Reeves are totally nothing and get defeated fast by these 2 guys. If you want to see their movie pls react Indonesian action movie The raid, the raid 2, and The Night come for us this movie are totally badass, epic, and so gore and violence.

The star thing was Canis Minor it's a constellation in the sky. There is also a Canis Major. A larger constellation. Either would be perfect for this film.
Canis Minor is "the lessor dog."
Canis Major would be "the greater dog."
Dogs are very important in all the films

10:20 The fighting style shown is sambo, which is the Russian fighting system. If John is, indeed, Belarussian, it wouldn't be surprising if this is his basic martial art.

I'm saying this now... I didn't see the video yet, but I asked last time if Marian sings. He has a really resonant voice. He might not be a celebrity pop singer, but I think he could really do well in the classical or Broadway baritone or bass singer category. 🙂

@@scottdarden3091 Evidence? Literally makes no sense. It isn't a courtroom drama. You'd patch yourself up and throw away any damaged stuff. If glass was broken, he'd likely clean it. He wouldn't "preserve the crime scene".
Besides John Wick series, Tony Jaas' The Protector is my favorite action movie. You guys should give it a watch.
