Just coming across this calm relaxing sound, thanks for all the comments here it helps me mentally, physically and emotionally. Been passing through alot of trauma and depression, anxiety, lost self confidence, my life is all about stress.. but this sound really is helpful, and God has been faithful, holding my hands and comforting me in my time of distress and trouble.
And to many more who are passing through the trial and temptation, I encourage you to hold on to God. He will definitely guide you and not let you stumble. Always remain positive, no matter what you might be going through.

I don't normally comment on videos here on RUclips. But after searching for calming music to listen to, I came across your video. Just to give a little back ground, I suffer from pretty serious anxiety along with some other issues. But after just listening to this video, your music my first reaction was just to take this sigh of a breath. Because I could feel myself relaxing and becoming calm. I have found this music to be a blessing, thank you so much. Through this music I have found something that can help me steer myself out of my anxiety long enough to breath and try and ground myself. I know I have a long road ahead of me. But this music has given me something to easy the journey just a little bit. God bless you.
