Your presentations recently are acing it. Informative, insightful, concise. I really enjoy these short-form presentations that blast out the most important findings without the waffle. Thank you and please keep it up.
Just a side note about NAC. It's used for paracetamol (acetaminophen) overdose. In fact, that's it's main clinical use in a hospital setting. Paracetamol severely depletes glutathione levels in the liver, which can lead to permanent liver damage and even death. I always tell people that if they use paracetamol regularly for pain relief, then they absolutely must take NAC, to restore their depleted and exhausted glutathione levels, thereby preventing oxidative damage to cells, premature aging, and decreased metabolism of other toxic compounds.

NAC to stop cravings, stop bad habits, trichotillomania, dermatillomania, and for colds is super effective in my experience. Love it.

Hi Vince. I discovered NAC during Covid. I currently take one gram NAC + one gram Glycine twice a day. In the morning and right before sleep. Side note: my most recent supplement addition is Fatty15. I'd be curious if you have looked into that yet? Great video content as usual!

I'm taking 1200mg of NAC daily for pcos symptoms. It's difficult to say what's having an impact as my supplement stack is ridiculous nowadays. I was also given some collagen capsules from my sister which I paired with the NAC in an attempt to make Glynac. I have seen an improvement in most blood markers at my last test since I started boosting antioxidants. I've lowered CRP, TSH, Prolactin, and a few others without meds and without weight loss. I'd lost a stone and then gained it right back so it won't be weight reated. Since then I've added Taurine, Ubiquinol, Pregnenalone(because you can't buy DHEA in England), Ashwaganda and my old favourite Vitex. So it will be interesting to see if there's more improvement next time, especially as I've been unable to exercise due to injury. All I know is that something is working and it can't be the NMN because I'd ran out of that a month before starting the NAC and I'd been making do with the flush form of niacin. Siim Land is always raving about Glynac and he seems to be doing ok in the longevity Olympics.

Hi Connie, it's a shame that we have to do our own N=1 studies on ourselves because doctors and drug companies don't really want us taking relatively cheap supplements. But, on the other hand we are all different and we all need different things, MDs generally prescribe to the homeostasis theory, which is flawed when to comes to diet, lifestyle etc. because we are all different. Most people don't like to hear it, but you can do a lot by just walking, cutting out processed foods, going to bed early and skipping the odd meal altogether, they would prefer to just take a drug.

@@MyLongevityExperiment I couldn't agree more. I'm on a fast today, trying ADF along with totally changing my cooking habits having realised high fat low carb doesn't suit me despite it being a quick fix for fat loss. I get why doctors give cookie cutter advice on health but I do wish they understood the impact of diet and were maybe a bit less sceptical about supplements, or at the very least keep an open mind. I had a nurse frown at me after asking about what supplements I was taking and then she tried to patronize me by saying I was taking too much and that it might be confusing for me to keep track of everything. I think she was projecting her own overwhelm. I plan to add CaAKG next! 😂I now see my rejuvenation as an act of rebellion and I intend to shock them with my amazing results at my next appointment!💪 😂

I take NAC. I hear a thin your blood so I stopped taking it before I had a procedure on my gums.
I'm taking glycine as well and of course alpha lipoic acid I don't have any nmn anymore so I can't take it since I don't have a way to order online.
I only got it when I won on your freebie Friday which I cannot find for some reason anymore😢.
I am subscribed and have the Bell to ring and yet I do not see the new freebie Friday today anywhere.
I even looked it up and I can't find it.
It seems so unfair that I don't get the same amount of opportunity as other people do to win anything.
I'm probably worse off than any of these people because I don't have credit cards to order things online so I'm forced to go to a store and buy whatever they happen to have.
None of the stores are selling nmn.
So it's impossible for me to get it unless I win it.
Anyhow please explain to me why I cannot see your latest video for freebie Friday which is today
Maybe you should say the date when you mention the video.
So I know which one is the freebie Friday for today. I don't know which one is for April 12th 2024.
I only see them as 2 days ago 6 days ago one year ago I don't see anything for today.
Did you not do one for today?

I have been taking Glycine 3 grams with 600 mg of NAC twice a day am and pm.
I have been suffering from chronic diarrhea for months (one of the side effects
of NAC). Going to scale this down to see what happens. Once a day may be enough.
