She said something like "Melba Toast, she's a cute AI Vtuber who makes toast jokes" Later a group from Vedals chat made the AI character and did some twitch streams. i think i find it even funnier that she locked herself up during one of the tantrums and simply forgot, while vedal was just acting very tsundere about it (like usual)
