In this video, I share with you my night routine. Things I do before I go to bed. Some simple and mindful habits to recharge for the next day.

Smoked salmon in cream sauce recipe.
- 350 grams of smoked salmon
- pasta for 2 person
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- dash of red pepper flakes
- juice from half of a lemon
- 300 ml heavy cream
- salt and pepper
- Break the salmon into small pieces
- Cook pasta
- Warm up olive oil and butter
- Saute garlic for 4-5 minutes over medium heat
- Add red pepper flakes
- Add lemon juice
- Pour heavy cream and 1/2 cup of pasta water
- Mix well and cook until warm
- Add the smoked salmon and cook for another 2-3 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper
- Stir in the cooked pasta
- add parsley and sprinkle freshly grated parmesan cheese

Hi Jen! Thank you for sharing your evening routine. Very calming and relaxed. On the days I work at the office, we usually eat dinner around 6, after cleaning and tidy up the kitchen my husband usually seats in his office and relax for a while before his daily run. I usually take a long shower, !listen to some relaxing music and do my skincare routine. I have been following the Korean skincare routine for some years now and I love it. After that I prepare some milk or tea and wind down either watching some of my favorite silent vloggers, including you of course, or reading a book. I try to go to sleep around 10ish if possible.
