Its just that you have to search for what works for you from 112 mediataion techniques given by Shivji. Some people practice only mudras like naad and Khechri. Putting one technique as supreme and dismiss other is a bad thing. If they don't work why would Shiva give that to the world.

Similarly u think ur d body but no, u r not the body, u r something invisible, nonphysical living in the body. Body and u r separate entities. Some call it soul, energy etc. 4 e.g. ⚰️ in a death case scenario, if u call urself body, then the body is still there, it should move, talk, laugh etc, but it can't. U got 1 life, please come out of the illusion. Don't identify with body, mind & thought. Awake, Know ur real self. While ur alive, pls pls 🙏 know this in this birth itself. Vipassana works for evwryone but p3ople may fins it difficult to do it daily though they keep try hard to do it. Meditation technique which jells with your nature is the best for you. Something that doesn't make you feel that you are doing some work or feel like a burden. Some people cannot sit for long it is like punishment for them. Apart from these 112 techniques there are many mudras like naad braham and Khechari which are complete in themselves. No kriya is needed. They help you secret happy harmones. People who engage in belittling some techniques and glorifying one are not doing right thing. It should be condemned. There are many ways to reach the ultimate state. This is what our culture is all about pluralism. Many paths. But make sure that you choose middle path for youself and not the extreme.

Working for everyone means all may be effective for everyone still people may find the technique learnt by them difficult to do everyday or continue foe life. Even Buddha also learnt several techniques until he settled with Vipassana which in a way jelled with his nature and found it easier to follow than the rest of the techniques. Vipassana is easy but the sitting for 1 hour, 2 times a day without moving is heavy for my legs also in combination with strenght training.
If u can sit for one hour without moving you can achieve anything in life,there is a reason u have to sit for an hour without moving ur legs only if u try u will understand 🙏
