Vikings Knew the Incredible Power of Rhodiola (Rose-Root) - Do You?

  • This is a video about Rose-root or Rhodiola. If you want to try both shots, you can get the bundle with 45% off using the link www.magicmind....
Rhodiola, the rockstar of rugged plants, thrives where most life taps out-icy mountains and rocky tundras. Nicknamed "goldenroot," it’s like nature's mood ring for your brain, tuning stress levels while boosting energy like a double shot of espresso without the jitters. Viking warriors allegedly chewed it before battle, and modern biohackers still swear by its adaptogenic magic. Think of it as the plant kingdom’s wise, eccentric herbalist-tough, quirky, and always ready to help you conquer life's chaos.

Living in Sweden, it’s so cool to see Rhodiola getting the attention it deserves-definitely keeping my eyes open for it now!
Also, I’ve got to say, I really respect how you handled the brand sponsorship in this video. You can tell it wasn’t just slapped in-it felt intentional, like there was real care in how it was done. It’s not often you get to actually connect with the story behind the ingredients, and that makes all the difference.
Honestly, this kind of approach is so much better than the usual “here’s your discount code” routine. You’re showing how it can be done in a way that’s meaningful and respectful to both the brand and the audience. Love this, Rob-thanks for sharing with so much thought and care! Thanks Jonas too!

I'll search after this comment, but if you don't have a video on eleuthero root(aka Siberian Ginseng) I'd highly recommend it. It's probably the first herb I took(besides valerian root which had a strong effect on me in college and maybe St. John's wort) that really put into perspective how powerful so many herbs can be. I was in my mid 20's iirc and didn't realize how anxious and stressed I was, I thought it was normal to feel your pulse in your neck and actually see you shirt moving as your heart beats, I've always been lean too so not to do with weight.
But when I started taking it I knew it takes something like 2-4 weeks to notice a difference, that's right around the time I suddenly noticed I can barely even tell I have a pulse or my heart is beating without checking for it when it's resting heart rate. I had virtually no stress and anxiety when it didn't make sense, and had a much more normal stress response when it was appropriate. A lot of adaptogens will do that but eleuthero root is one of my favorites, so is rhodiola. Eleuthero root iirc was the first adaptogen I really took that worked so well.
Just one more mention, not an herb, but SAM-e which the body makes from l-methionine. Like rhodiola, it works mainly on serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine. I think supplementing SAM-e might be even stronger than rhodiola though at least as far as the similar effects, and it takes around 5-7 days to take effect so it's quick. It's amazing for opioid addiction or kratom, it shrinks about 2 weeks of recovery down to around 5-7 days. Plus it's great for the joints and liver among other things which is also great, been taking 400mg with 2000mg of NAC lately as I'm trying to at least cut way down on kratom and stop THC/CBN to improve sleep without it. Active B vitamins and l-theanine are great with it too.

It felt like I used up all my neurotransmitters and needed to sleep in order to recover. Later I tried the tincture orally which caused clear mind and the energetic effects everyone mentions. My brain is naturally already moving fast so all Rhodiola Rosea products tend to make me feel irritable, uncomfortable, and spent. However, in smaller doses I could see this plant being a useful enhancement to other entheogenic substances. After all, it's a potent inhibitor of both MAO-A and MAO-B. The Amazon tribes were using Banisteriopsis Caapi as an MAOI for their special drink (Dont want to mention more for fear of RUclips censors). Rhodiola Rosea is way more potent and more easily prepared.

A- is very rare in nordic people.
      Rh negative is mostly africans.
Most people outside africa is Rh+
Bloodtype A originated in Asia (China) and Germanic montains. (Germany/Switzerland/Austria)
The Nordic country closest to you is Finland. It is divided about 50/50 bloodtype B+/O+.
The 50% B+ comes with the language from Mongols via Hungary. (Due to Romans gave Attila Hungary in exchange for stop plundering other countries)
The other 50% O+ from origin Northeners.
Due to political conditioms during Vikingage allmost all Danes left for Brittain and Neatherlands etc. While Denmark was almost empty Germanic highlanders populated the area. (Heads all danes sounds like Arnold Swarsenegger trying to speak swedish with english gramatics.) and majority of today’s danes have bloodtype A+.
Todays sweedes and norwegians is a mix of O+, A+ and B+ due to high level of imigrants.
Hospitals in Sweden need africans to give blood for there own bloodbank to be able to help them in case of accidents etc. Bloodtypes like U Rh negative and Duffy Rh negative is non existing outside Africa.
And if one is rasist for pointing out facts then so be it.
No we are not all the same. If you believe that you are obvioisly stupid.
Our metabolism differ through tenth of thousans years. Living of different parts of the world offering different types of food.
Ex. A Bloodtype O eats red meat and dark greens. Stays of fast carbs.
A bloodtype A is mostly vegetarian and stays of red meat.
A bloodtype B is the only one correctly prosessing milk. And have a balans to eat everything. This is allso the youngest bloodtype in the ABO tree.
This can be elaborated but i dont think YT is the platform. But feel free to study a bit by yourselves.
There are over 320 bloodtypes today with undergroups.
And Jonathan. What ever works for you is great. Keep to it👍🏻
Myself. I get high on chamomile😂
