I managed to separate Nat King Coles's voice from the orchestra including reverb and echo to hear the completely unedited voice of the man himself... A bit of fun and something different to do...
I will be returning with the usual content soon... Chris... ;)

Natural voice as well. See how nice. He sang with true emotion. Not like now. All auto tuned. It's a pity he passed away so young. My favourite is "Stay As Sweet As You Are". I do like all his music though.

Was just thinking of that song, Stay As Sweet As You Are, that is one that makes me tear up sometimes when singing it myself. Such a dramatic yet beautiful Melody.

@independentpuppy7520 another should anyone be, plenty of the artists admitted in later years to getting emotional during the recording sessions alone.

From experience, I can confirm that just forcing a smile at one point or another when things are really bleak looking, can really improve your mood a lot. Glad to hear from you again, that definitely was pretty unique!

Really impressive Chris, I'm tempted to try this out myself, this is a very clean record have you tried it on a worn one?

Maybe about the same quality, who knows. Unfortunately though devices like these are rarely thought of with actual archival in mind like doing anything with 78, so it could just be hit or miss.

sure they must have used some sort of Artificial Inteligence format, when they did the duets with his daughter Natalie several years ago
