Just bend the disk slightly, this will compensate for the pads having gotten thinner, as the warped disc then can fill out the gaps properly !

Thank you for this channel. I have learned so much while I was fixing up my brothers bike. Unfortunately he was killed last week when his handlebars came off.
Witnesses say that just before he rounded the curve the front wheel came off first but he instantly pulled a wheelie and managed to get around the bend. At that point he was on the wrong side of the road and facing oncoming traffic. He prepared to switch lanes and turned on his new custom made indicators. The witnesses say there was a flash of light and then a dense cloud of smoke as his wiring burnt out and petrol leaking from the custom fuel cock caught fire (I had warned him to spray the wires on the new indicators with WD40 before use, I guess he did not listen. No idea why the fuel cock I had taken from an old boat failed. He must of messed with it). It seems, from eye witness accounts, that his brakes may have failed also. I think this might have been because he used wet and dry for a brake liner instead of coarse grit sandpaper like I told him. We will never know as the bike was consumed in the fireball. As were half of the stores in main street.
Standing on the custom saddle I had made him from cardboard and an old pair of jeans and surrounded by flame, with his legs blazing and his custom helmet -- made of a cut in half plastic soccer ball overlaid with tin -- alight and dripping molten plastic down his neck (I had always told him to wear protective clothing on the bike and not just the T-Shirt and boxers shorts he was wearing that day. Would he listen? Would he f---!) he attempted an unwise manoeuvre. Screaming in pain, he yanked on the handlebars in an attempt to change direction and get back in lane but they came off (He must of failed to grease the securing nuts with margarine like your tutorial said) in his hands and he fell backwards into the path of an oncoming cement truck and got squished. Well, at least the squishing put the flames out, so that was good.
We buried him in an envelope.
    He was 13.
    The 750cc bike, was 18.
Unfortunately, the bike carried on and finally went through the window of a store and exploded. Five old ladies and a gay boxer named, 'Quite Angry Marvin,' out on a day trip to buy batteries for their sex toys, were killed in the inferno.
Still, not to worry. I look forwards to some more great videos. I am working on my sisters Fireblade at the moment and installing a cruise control made out of a washing up liquid bottle and some super glue. Its going well so far. Wish me luck.

Those Honda brake lining kit upgrades should always be used with assembly lube or at least marine grade wheel bearing grease, or else the stopping power will be too great and could be dangerous. Your videos have inspired me to modify my bike, so I have just fitted an ash tray to my Honda CB90.

It took me a minute to realize that this entire video is an elegant practical joke. The whole point of the video is to troll the trolls, to entertain by provoking indignation. It really is a sardonic look at the whole RUclips genre! When you watch it with that in mind, he obviously spent a lot of time thinking up the wrong names, using the wrong tools, reusing cotter pins, wrong mask, and then capping it off with sandpaper and duct tape. There is just enough salient advice to realize that this comes from a much higher level, which makes it even more hilarious. I wonder how many requests he gets for the special kit.
Because of outrageous humor, I really want to give this one a thumbs up. The problem is, the joke could go right over the heads of dumbass teenage bikers. Every day I'm amazed at how stupid some viewers can be, but in the end ignorance is really not their fault. The Three Stooges was not funny without Moe, so this is participation cinema at its best. But If even one person were to have his duct tape and sandpaper seize while riding, it could be a comically sad, but ultimately indefensible day.

Papio G he taped it to the rear but dont let a swinging arm and a rod operated brake confuse you as to which end is which..... i hope you dont actually operate a vehicle on public roads.....

Brakes will get hot going downhill, I surmise. Also it is hot near the blacktop. The glue backed sand paper would change in temperature in the outdoor and usage elements and the glue would be in proximity to the contact surfaces. The assembly tape is how the master reveals this danger. Still, if you never travel hills or live somewhere very temperate it might be a foolish, working fix. However the arcs of the contacting surfaces might distort.

guys, i figured out an even better, cheaper system. i use 2 sided carpet non slidy tape and cat litter. i put the litter (carefully screened of turds) on one side and use the other side to attach it to the worn shoe. works great and i get lots of attention from the neighbour hood cats and hot chicks like the one at 2:21. Bad ass!
