I remember years ago just beggin' to go with my papaw, uncles and dad but I was just too young. Once I was old enough, it created many memories. My papaw's gone to heaven now, but I still have those memories hunting with him. I never thought he'd be gone. Folks, take the time to tell the ones you love, that you love them, every chance you get. Appreciate the times you spend with them and think about it when younger ones want to spend time with you. Our time on Earth is far too short to not enjoy life and what God has created for us to enjoy.
There is more than just the killing involved in hunting.
Non hunters don't see the relationships formed & memories made when hunting.

I live in the great state of OHIO and I love run rabbit behind dogs!
My father insisted that we learn the sport not only because it beats the hell out of sitting in front of a TV, but you form lasting relationships and you can enjoy some of the best eating on top!
I'm heading out the door now to start my squirrel season!
