Hi guys, great channel. Can I ask what size the batons are for the ceiling. I'm am just about to clad my ceiling and was going to screw straight into the metal until I just watched your video. ❤
Thank you! Glad you watched our video first as screwing to the beams will create thermal bridging ( we don't want that!) the batons used were 12mm thick by 45mm wide, perfect for the job and Flexi too! Fell free to reach out on insta if you need more info or have any more Q's :)
I'm not sure what parts your referring to but if you mean where the cladding ends, then it'll be trimmed with angle trim, to get the nice edges I just use a similar scribe tool that I used in the video for the floor :)

AHH I see what you mean! We left the gap unfilled but covered with some L shaped wood trim, alot of people also fill with expanding foam and then trim off the exceeds

What did you use to glue down the batons?
We used a instant grab adhesive, good brands are sikalex, stixall etc..
