I saw Cliff sing this at the Coventry Theatre (now sadly gone) many years ago. It was my very first concert and his performance of Such Is The Mystery is still to this day the most moving I have ever seen.

Yesterday I said that the causes of any diseases are due to blood clots formed within our body, I make some amendment on this sentence, 「the causes of any diseases➡the courses of some diseases」. It is because some of the disease are genetic e.g. some new born babies have disease after birth. There are four major points leading to blood clots formed within our body according to Chinese medicine theories：一 🇦) Lack of gas (weakness) to push forward the blood circulation effectively with our body. e.g. A person can gradually get weakness if the person always does not practice good daily habit for a period of time (e.g. not enough exercise, always on diet, not enough sleep etc. ). 🇧) Stagnation of blood circulation within our body. e.g. too much eating and then too much nutrients within the blood leading to the increase in density/thickness of the blood, then the blood circulation slow down, therefore blood clots are gradually formed. We should eat seventy percent full each meal. "Everything is balance". E.g. a person suffers from influenza, the virus or bacteria may reproduce within the body if our body resistance is low, and then make the blood thickening. It also slow down the pushing forward of blood circulation if the blood become thickening. As for the other two factors, I share with you later. Sir Cliff, talk with you later, ha ha............
