I have so many videos and had never seen this method before. this method is my sister method. She made is with no fish sauce and apparently this is how people made in Cambodia as papaya pickled small business owner.
Ingredients and Recipe
Green Papaya - 1 small
Carrot - 1 large
English Cucumber - 1x or 3/4
Ginger - thumb size
To make the sauce for it
Boiled cool down water - 2 cups
Fresh lime juice - 1/3 cup
Vinegar - 1 Tsp ( didn't show in the video. )
Sugar - 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp
Salt - 1 tbsp + 1 Tsp
Sliced Ginger - 10 slices or as much as like
Chillies - 1x but you can put 10x if you like =)
If you notice there is no fish sauce. I used to make it with fish sauce but this method I like it so much more. with this method green papaya last longer in the fridge and the taste is so perfect and amazing. lol 😁 you have to try making it and you will know what I mean. 💕

For some people list chili 1x is confusing - remove x, I prefer list chili 1
