This, this is how I changed my life as well! This body is our only body and our life is ours. That unconditional self-acceptance helps so much! I want to enjoy my life and not waste my time on things that don't help me nurture and grow! Love this!

I can imagine how he felt when he received conditional love from his grandma. Sometimes conditional love is poisonous even more than not loving. I love his book. Well, this may be also conditional love haha

Thanks for watching & commenting iGoTUrBaByMaMa I do not know enough about naguals to comment. I found his book very helpful in my own journey.

Julie Coraccio a Nagual is a conduit of the spirit, but thats too vaue for avergae people.Lets say the ruiz family has knowledge of toltec wisdom but are far from being the traditional toltec lineage in the don juan matus sense(carlos castaneda author).however i love don miguel ruiz and i like the way he he has caught on.this man is full of love and affection.

I can't take her voice. It hurts.

LockSteady Isn't it wonderful you have all these choices on YT and other places to find a voice you like? Fortunately, I have read his father's book, The Four Agreements. #2 is "Don't take Anything Personally": what others say about you is all about them; how you respond is all about you. Thanks for letting me apply this lesson!
