      @@gorkman5697 since I have a 7800x3d now, I got thicker paste. I’m using syy.
Has a thermal conductivity of 15.7W/m-k
with a viscosity of 200.000 cps.
it was a little annoying to put on the cpu & at first I wasn’t use to that since I use to use mx4 but it’s one hell of a paste & it doesn’t cost much either.
The reason I got thicker paste is because thinner paste will leak into the bottom of the cpu much easier.

@@gorkman5697 when ever you get the chance you wanna drop that voltage down to 1.65mv which =‘s 1.2v.
thermal grizzly is really good, I’ve seen a lot of good reviews on it but be careful with Liquid Metal paste. one wrong move & you can damage the chip or the motherboard so just be cautious if you go down that route.
as for the amd gpu, they do tend to run really hot so that’s no suprise to me. when it comes to both gpu’s, re-applying paste would do the trick.
if it’s still too hot then you would also have to change the thermal pads that go over your memory & vrm’s.
if I’m not mistaken the back of that gpu also has one so just take measurements of each pad in terms of thickness & length so you know what to look out for when making a purchase

calculation of W/mK is different per company meaning you cant go off what they say and actually research it, if this was the case then all the graphite sheets would be better than pastes but still proves worse while having a higher W/mK
