Did you unplug the battery pack from the yellow block and connect it to the printer charger or did you connect the printer charger directly to the yellow block? Thanks
If these scooters are stored and not charged every month or so the BMS in the battery pack will drain the pack down so low that the charger thinks it has failed and refuses to charge for your protection. I've used my scooter 16 miles a week now for months with no apparent long term damage to the pack.

I love it. It will indeed do 20 mph for 25 miles on a charge. Google SSR motor Sports and look for an SEEV-800.

I put 4 miles a day on mine 3 days a week. I charge on Sundays.
