Do any of you even know what lip-sync actually is? This wasn't lip-sync, this was live vocals over a pre-recorded track for backing vocals. It's very common. And besides that, this looks like a TV performance, so even if it was lip-synced that wouldn't be anything new. It's standard TV practice to have the musicians mime to a pre-recorded song. Just look at TOTP, it was almost always mimed, with a few exceptions for live vocals like Bowie's "Starman" performance. (Of course, this is why OGWT was the superior show, actual live music.)
