I've been 3d printing for years (PrusaMk3) and I can say your post processing for that IronMan is really great. I'd be down to see a more in-depth tip/tricks on your process. I know there are lots of other videos online but I've always liked your channel and you explain things well.
This is a video I didn't know I wanted, thanks for sharing, Mark! If youre thinking of making a more elaborate breakdown the process/your projects by all means! Keep up the long hair....errrr....great work!
Thank you for the vid! But what about licences and trademarks when you sell your 3D printed stuff? The ironman mask is by marvel/disney and so on... Is it allowed or can i get in trouble when i do this...
Yep, i'd still describe them as a hobby machine, it's still not as straight forward as hitting print like on a paper printer but the entry cost to start playing around with them has become far more palatable
Wouldn't it be cheaper just to buy an iron man helmet instead of paying $400 for the printer itself and then about 20 to $30 on the PLA not to mention the sandpaper and the paint if you want to really have a clean product
Printers start at $200 and you can sell anything you make, also give 3D printed gifts to people so you actually save money. Everything I give for birthdays/christmas is printed for $1 each instead of $20-30 each
I or anyone could go throgh your things looking for piracy. You should check before someone else does. Designing it yourself is not going to save you. Lets hope your things aint been licensed by some shark and now you dont own them anymore. Ive lost inventions from every possible issue. Mostly cause ive been in this game many years. So ive had the time to encounter all sorts of excitment. Learn fast dood. Dont get nailed as a pirate like i was cause i assumemed getting a free file from a site made it ok to sell. HELL NO.
This is the first time I have seen anything relating to 3D printing. Pretty cool. Thanks for the education
Just bought one for my channel. Thanks for the tips . Subscribed and now following. Cheers 🍻

Selling on a small scale is completely fine
Very interesting I didn’t realise the printers had come down in price

Great Video!
Hi, do you print thing for people base on their design. If so would you be able to give me a quote?
I can print it for you.
I feel like this will get to the point that Mark starts 3d printing organs, but still with a thomas face on it
Trademarking this, if anyone asks it was my idea! haha
Is using the face of Thomas The Train allowed? Not copyright protected?
Reviews and tutorials would be great
