In 1992, I was stationed at MCAS Yuma, AZ. In a Harrier squadron. I drove up to Phoenix and traded my 1986 Pontiac Sunbird GT in on a brand new 1992 Chevrolet Silverado 4x4, extended cab, sport side bed. Brilliant Blue color. A few years later, I had a 4" lift kit installed and big wheels. It ruined the truck. It was practically un-drive-adle. The MPG went down to about 8 MPG. I had to trade it in. I've wanted another one for years. I found one on eBay in 2018. Red 1992 Chevy Silverado Z71 K1500, Sportside, standard cab. 49,000 original miles. Always garaged. I bought it. It is mint. Original paint. Not a ding or scratch on it. Still has a slight new vehicle smell I'm it. There is not one spec of rust anywhere on the frame or anywhere on this truck. I have people regularly chasing me down and begging me to sell it. Not a chance. It's a prestian time capsule.

I love how cheesy these 90’s videos are.
I wish GM cares about their customers like they use to. All new trucks suck but GM really could do better.
in my family we have a CK SILVERADO 97 extended cab with third door . It has 14 years in the family and its VORTEC engine runs at 100
Overhead cam engines are also a royal pain in the ass to work on
