Maya is so relatable. ...sometimes in relationships", you over react from triggers, you over react when you're jealous, you over react when you feel like your person would rather call it quits on the bond rather than learning to understand you, being patient with you thru whatever is going on with you, compromise ,give you what you for your feelings , hold your hands through whatever the situation because they want to be with you in and through the ups and downs, the good and the bad. . See the situation from your hurt .. she has a lot of triggers... mayb she felt like she lived most of her life with a coach and not two parents, mayb she felt like she never had a childhood and most of it was centered around attaining her goals, she's worked so hard to be where she is and to want a child to have a child will make all she's worked for be in vane. .. and it is unfair that women have to be limited to things because they're pregnant or have a child... Maya is a fighter, and she pushes, maybe she should push the envelope for equality for both men and women. ... thsts what I love about then... as much as they are going through rough patches, they hold on to each other and not let go... carina is may's safe place.. she's patient, understanding and calm, and she needs to learn what exactly triggers the fear of having children for her... their relationship show you their growth and how they battle different situations right... it highlights so many things is the actual reality.
For me, I’m sad that Station 19 went straight to this issue as early as episode 2. It’s kind of a little predictable, isn’t it? Done that, been there - so many times, including Arizona and Callie. Imagine instead if they’d used the opportunity to espouse the notion of a happy and strong and lasting relationship - but one which opted to remain childless, for responsible environmental reasons. Because that’s the big ticket item we surely, as a species, have to be addressing now. There’s too many of us and it’s causing big problems. Shondaland missed a big and important story opportunity here.
I’m kind of tired of seeing this discussion every time with the same outcome. ‘I want kids’ ‘I don’t want kids’ ‘okay fine let’s have kids’. Where is the representation of not wanting kids and being okay with that? I really hope this plays out in a different way than Maya giving in.

Ooooh this is such a hard conversation to watch 😢 Maya is scared to be like her dad, but she would be such an amazing mother ❤ #SaveStation19 #DoNotCancelStation19
I hope Maya changes her mind and realizes that it’s still possible for her to get what she wants out of life while staying on her track
Maya has never actually wanted kids so I dont think it's what is going to get her life on track. Even then
@@kidneytransplant2843 but the problem is not that she doesn’t want kids because it seems like she actually does. Her problem is that she thinks that she has to sacrifice what makes her happy in order to get to the top. In her mind, it’s really not even about the kids specifically it’s just about anything that would take her off her track to being captain again
Will Maya change her mind
@@kerrykardosz1995 If she doesn’t I doubt that her and Carina will stay together for very long. Hopefully she realizes how hurt Carina is
I hope too ruclips.net/video/1h5jdHMc0yM/видео.html
Definitely a conversation people should have BEFORE a marriage certificate is signed... I'm sick of Grey's shows doing it in this order- can someone in that writers room just show a responsible relationship with full communication from the outset please
They did talked about it before getting married, this isn't new, they are just continuing the conversation. Carina enter the marriage with eyes wide open, knowing Maya wasn't sure about wanting kids, so it isn't really like Grey's Anatomy.
My God! They are soooooooo sweet and emphathetic to each others SWEET !❤
They are sooo real. Looks like watching real couple
I cried the whole time 😭 just let them be happy 😭😭❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The joy these 2 souls have brought me 😭❤ You'll be fine bubbas
can we take the time to appreciate carina deluca’s outfit, icon.
NOW this is going somewhere and a relationship
These two.......... the acting is chefs kiss
Sus conversaciones son profundas, Carina y Maya se abren ante sus inquietudes por ser madres. En #Station19, se aborda a la perfección las relaciones personales. Quiero que esto siga, nos aportan mucho a todos los fans.

Thank you so much for uploading
The solution is to forget about those kids and bring their real dogs into the show 😍🤗🐶🐕💙👏🏾
Maya is so relatable. ...sometimes in relationships", you over react from triggers, you over react when you're jealous, you over react when you feel like your person would rather call it quits on the bond rather than learning to understand you, being patient with you thru whatever is going on with you, compromise ,give you what you for your feelings , hold your hands through whatever the situation because they want to be with you in and through the ups and downs, the good and the bad.
Marina 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺 They deserve to be happy....
Waw I hope by that she change her mind and carina will wait for her and understand her
For me, I’m sad that Station 19 went straight to this issue as early as episode 2.
@@marieke6687 They did that with Cristina and Owen in Grey’s with Owen wanting them but not Cristina.
@@marieke6687 exactly! I'm really hoping they show a couple that doesn't get kids. I'm also really sick of seeing children in plot lines. Especially in greys. I feel like supergirl handled it the best than one of the partners caving
@@Unbaked_P0tat00 didn’t they break up over it?
This ship took over my life over the past two weeks and I'm loving it. all the love and the drama and the smiles and the tears. Kill me now.
I'm really rooting for them more then any other couple on tv
I hope after Danielle and Stefania finished filming this scene they gave each other a big, big hug! I can't even imagine having to do this scene over and over and the toll it would have on you. At least they are friends in real life and can lean on each other throughout and after they have finished filming.
My favorite couple,from Taiwan ♥️
My god, Carina is the greatest person.
I agree 💯 percent with you! I wish I had a Carina so she could understand me like that! I love you Bambina Carina!!!!
I really hope they don’t break up because of this they are a awesome couple really
I love them..
Anyone else gets a flashback in 00:45 that’s what Callie almost said to Arizona in Grey’s “I don’t want to have kids if it means I can’t be with you”
Pregnant Carina would be so cute.
One question, is it a real new poster of Station 19 at the end of the video? Because I gotta tell you I love that Carina is there!
It's real!
Callie and Arizona vibes here. Miss them so much.
Wow the infamous baby storyline how original
Flashback di guerra from sanvers .I hope it doesn’t end up like them
oh they will be the best moms ever! #SaveStation19 #DoNotCancelStation19
This is like the Callie and Arizona thing. It's very familiar
Gotta love recycled storylines in the Greys universe
I am holding on to the fact that marina have built a solid foundation and have grown separate and together. 🙏🙏🙏
I was thinking the exactly the same thing deja vu I hope not 🤞🏻
" okay , Maya , i love you " ❤
Woooooow , beautiful 😍😘
POR FAVOR SUBTITULOS EN ESPAÑOL 🙏
They just started as wives.... The writers supposed not to put any arguments for these two at the beginning.... especially discuss about kids
Beautiful couple
Wait a second, wasn't carina the one who didn't want any kids back when she was with Arizona? I mean, when did she changed her mind? Wich is fine, but now it sounds like being a mother has always been an option for Carina
I thought she did, she just didn't like the way Arizona coddled Sophia 🤔🤷♀️
She never said she didn’t want children, she just said to Arizona that it was hard to settle down and have children as she was always a travelling doctor. Now she’s settled with Maya and happy, she can finally have a family.
Ok I wrote another reply that I deleted because I just thought about it and I don’t think Carina said that she didn’t want kids she just said that she didn’t like the way Arizona was raising Sofia.
And last season when they were fighting before Carina was about to leave to Italy Carina said that she wanted kids but she didn’t want to get married.
#SaveStation19 ❤
I see them as arizona and callie HUUHUUhUHUH
I know that this child subject has to be work very well because that subject must be consistent and get to have a sensitize. Showing the importance of two women wanting to have a child, this has several branches that could be explained with affection
2:34 this moment
Oh god Daniels acting😰😭
LET THEM BE HAPPY
Funny how Carina talks about having a baby. Her character evolve from Carina who have nothing to do with sophia (arizona) to lets have one to Mayam 😂😁😘 still love her though
#savestation19!!! 19 deserves 20seasons like greys anatomy. 19 is my comfort tv show.!!
I love story movie Maya and Carina ,...
Carina is so sweet, and I understand her point, but also understand Maya's. Having children is a whole life commitment full of responsibilities, and disrupt your important goals in life. Why not wait until they are more settled?
Where I can watch this series free in English subtitles?
What episode is this?
5x02
I hope Marina will be fine.
Bring Mason back, let Maya sort out her issues with a nice family intervention and therapy, lots of therapy. And if she still doesn't want kids, I've seen lot'a people treat dogs better than humans...so yeah, they have options. lolol
well 2 moms will be have a big responsibilities.if they got kids.except one of them give up on their career. so sad discussion about to have a family it's a big role...for them.goodluck I love you both.♥️♥️♥️
Have to disagree that one or the other will have to give up their career. All kinds of families have both parents working.
I just like their bedroom dresser, and when I did a search for it, this is the only thing that came up lol.
?
Those ABC writers better not screw up this amazing couple and story line.
Por favor traducir al español. Ya lo he solicitado varias veces.Debo imaginar los diálogos según escenografía.
Que pena me da No poder disfrutar de esta serie .
I hate it when people say "you aren't afraid of anything". Hello? Everyone has a fear/fears, and is allowed to. I'm not saying Carina said the latter just saying. Either work with or around fear. Doesn't dismiss it or invalidate it
On episode 3x14 Carina uses "walking on eggshells" correctly in that scene in Maya's office, but now she doesn't know the right words? Okay, then.
it's okay when you speak foreign language, you can forget sometimes
@@MariaMaria-nh3to I know, I do it myself. I think it just bothers me that they threw it in there as some kind of failed ice breaker - some kind of contrast in reactions, bc it's not cute as it usually is when Carina gets idioms wrong, now it's "whatever". And then they had to pick exactly one that she did get right...
@@bea1302 yes, i agree tho
It’s poor writing
What makes me sad is that Carina will most likely sacrifice her desire for kids just for Maya and it makes me sad because a relationship should be 50/50 and it seems that Carina is the only one doing sacrifices
She enter this marriage knowing about Maya's doubts about kids, they talked about it before and she conceded that they could talk about it again without strings after being married, all she is saying is that she is prepared to assume that the answer in the end could be a no, but she wants to be sure about the reasons why.
Oh I knew they gonna bring that up. Didn't think it's gonna be this fast! They always do that to gay couples....kids drama. It's just a little bit weird that Carina is all of sudden so into having kids. She didn't want to get married and now boooom, kids. Of course I undersrand it's drama, but there is do many other stuff to fight about... Ehhh...plus...Carina is more than Maya's wife. She is a DOCTOR for god's sake. She deserves so much more than few lines. Give her a proper storyline... I love her and Maya and I ship them so much it's insane...
actually even during the proposal episode carina said she wanted kids, she didn't wanna get married but she did want kids. but yes i agree carina deserves more lines and a proper storyline
@@ashitatatireddy8459 I know she said that. It's just weird she's pushing to have a baby just after 11 months of narriage.
@@11lowela oh ok yea that makes sense
@@11lowela she not getting any younger so probably she won’t be able to an a couple of years
@@11lowela I don’t really think it’s fast to be having this conversation. I mean if you think about it, they’ve been married for almost a year and were together for like a year before that. They are both in their mid 30s and not getting any younger so the clock is ticking. And if they really plan on spending the rest of their lives together this would be about the time to start talking about having kids.
My dad is a little like Maya's father not as bad tho. And I don't think I want kids because I might turn out like my dad, cause he turned out just a little better than my abusive grandfather. I understand Maya she is scared for her career and also of becoming like her dad. I do think that deep down she does want kids, some stuff she says over the seasons made me understand that she is just scared.
“eggskins”💀💀
Why did you end the video like this?
Oh wow 😮
Maya will need to compromise with Carina. She knew Carina wanted kids and she will need to sacrifice to make the person who she loves happy. Maya is just afraid of being a parents because of how her dad was to her. She will make the change needed. She need to understand the is not her dad and she can't be afraid to be a mom/parent.
If only Maya can share what her fears about having kids are (other than the fact she can't stand not being a firefighter and that she might never become a battalion fire chief if she chooses to have kids) with Carina without becoming defensive.
@@ekuz986 It's post dramatic stressed from what her father have put her through. Maya have never been easy expressing her feelings about her father and his abuse. It all stem from maya not wanting to be a horrible parent like her father. Her father mentally abuse her and made her believe that she can't be happy and successful at the sametime; which is all the way wrong. She have a hard time expressing her feeling even though she love Carina she is still afraid of failure. She needs to she a shrink.
Maybe a conversation with Diane in a couple of episodes time will help??
Egg skins sounds better 😂😂😂
Isn’t this the same issue with Arizona and Callie also? The other didn’t want kids..

At least Mya is confronting her problems but her best friend needs to take responsibility and confront her own selfish ways
For once is it possible to have a healthy couple pleaaaaaase
What! The only reason I started watch S19 is Carina n' Maya but I only see how the writers gives us "fights” over and over again. it’s not fair. 😔 also I understand the position of Maya about childrens
