@@TheDivss for me it took around 2 weeks time. First week i strictly followed what me dietician said and I badly failed to control the numbers. Second weeks I started testing and turing the food according to my body requirement amd it started working. However even then there were days when the numbera were off the charts but mostly it was under control. I hope this could be helpful

As my GD was controlled by food and exercise completely, I didn't had to take medicine/insulin. Dear I would suggest that what your doctor says, please follow. Even once when I was eating reluctantly the doctor told me if this continues, we will have to put you on medicines. But then I stopped.

My suggestion would be to avoid carbs completely at dinner. Have soups, salad or chicken. And walk for 30 mins after dinner. Even if it's inside your house.

But don’t know what happened, heartbeat chali gayi achanak se. I ate rice at 6 pm . In dinner I ate 3 chapatis . And the next day around 10:30 am I was not feeling movement of my baby .

Doctor ne bhi ache se suggestion advice Nahi Diya. Dar lagta h ab next pregnancy ko le kar. Kya hoga aur conceive fir se kar paongi v ya nh .

Hi Shubha, At what time did u test the glucose if u have bedtime snack at 11 ? Also can u give other options for dinner that worked for u.. vegetarian
I would do the test after dinner and not after snack
Try making soya tikkis or beetroot tikkis, u can have dry fruits or milk,
