just play the game constantly and u'll eventually know where the enemies is (get better headphones)

Some people have a gift for this sort of thing.
Also it’s harder to control recoil on console than it is on PC. Some of those distant sprays he hits will be tougher to pull off on a controller

@DavidPrachtbrot only wooden stuff can be destroyed and I think if you are further away from the object its harder/more bullets...
