Andy, I give you a lot of credit for the way that you introduce your children into the farming operations, and it is done with great respect for each other.

I've watched you work with Sara before in the chopper and was impressed with your instruction giving and her ability to take direction easily and without the typical eye roll and attitude so common with young people today ,you both deserve an attaboy ,and best yet the wheat crop is history for another year ! Thanks for the video as always!!

Sarah did a great job running the combine. I think it is really great to see you teaching all of your kids how to work the farm. Great teaching and great kids. Thanks for the video.

You an awesome father with some outstanding children, teaching them how to do all it takes on the farm . If more parents would take the time to teach there children like this there would be alot less problems . These kids can go to school , church or wherever in life and tell people that my father cared enough to make time to spend with me and wanted to . I can tell that you do this not because you want free labor but rather you want your kids to be a part of this land and life style . God bless you and your whole family operation !

It really makes me happy to see you children working with you in the fields, running big, intimidating pieces of machinery. Especially your beautiful young daughters. They're getting invaluable experience and building their self confidence to a level that most teenagers can only dream about having. You sir are a good man, god bless and merry Christmas,
    Stafford

As I have said before, so has it been at all times,
the kids start early, and later take over the farm.
This is what makes agriculture continue generation after generation.

I know how proud I am of my 4 kids so I can only imagine how proud It makes you when you get to work with yours:) Every time you put up videos of your daughters working I show my 8 & 10 year old girls and they absolutely love working hard, trucks and tractors and farming and all getting dirty, god help anyone that tells them they can’t do something because their a girl, if they don’t tear them to shreds themselves and make it past their big and little brothers then they’ll have me to answer to:)

Girls are damn good equipment operators!!!
I've got two daughters, they don't run everything, but my oldest is on her second season in the combine!! Although, she might chicken out on a couple of fields, they're about as steep as I will get on, so... They take a bit of experience.... She's still learning!
Sarah will get it figured out and get more comfortable!
    Thanks for the video Andy!!!
Sarah, you're doing great!!! You'll get more comfortable 😎

any woman who can run a tractor or combine has my respect. it really goes to show you that women can do anything that a man can . I Remember when I learned to drive combine. Andy if you keep teaching sara and Jr how to operate equipment you might loose your job security. they might just keep you around as their mechanic.
