I think why ogrepon's tera looks different is the mask is included when terastalizing. And from the story we can tell that there is tera crystals in the said masks thats why it is different.

Matcha gotcha is quite possibly the most annoying move in raids. The fact that it forces you to read the text and animation for every single mon on the field is so annoying. Had a 6star sinistcha raid that I almost finished solo but matcha gotcha took SO LONG that I ran out of time
Gigaton Hammer also exists, and you can't also use it twice in a row. But yeah, powercreep is quite noticeable in these new pokemon games, like Lumina Crash, Syrup Bomb, Green Tea pokemon's move, these are some real threats.

Overworld battling really was a downgrade for the franchise. People wanted it for so long, but should've known it would come at the cost of worse animations and lag. Sword and Shield despite the memes did have some nice animations, especially with the starter's signature moves. Too bad that's all removed now.
Your opinion is valid but I hope you realize since scarlet and violet are open world games they can't have custom backgrounds like in sword shield. Have a good day.

Hinata is worst looking legendary or mythical Pokemon so far. Only mask looks awesome. Also ivy cudle move looks normal not good animation. I think all game developer are lazy to create good animation for legendary
I dunno, I feel like even though Gen 9 was still rough, it was quite an improvement over Gen 8 (not counting Legends Arceus, which is peak in every way, shape, and form).
Ivy Cudgel is basically Techno Blast, but good because the items needed to change the move’s type have other uses.

Matcha gotcha can inflict burn you know and multi targeted, and syrup bomb activates every turn 3x.
