Mainly accurate there
There's always a surprise team in the top 8. Happens every season. My money is on Palace top 8 if they keep Olise and Eze.
Doubt it tbh. Everybody and their mother are saying palace to finish 8 but this happened every year. They finish off a season phenomenallly which leads people to bieleve they are gonna have a great exciting summer. Once the season starts they flop and the cycle comes again
Well this season the top 8 was very predictable. Villa finishing 4th was high but they were expected to be top 8

Aston Villa got top 4 this season & nobody thought it would happen,even towards the end everyone doubted Villa,pundits/media & other clubs fans never gave Villa a hope of UCL qualification,saying we'll fall away in the 2nd half of the season & will find it too hard with playing in Europe. Villa played 56 games this season,14 of them in Europe & only missed out on the conference league final,they were the last British club competing in Europe & though they looked knackered in the last games they played,they made it all the same & had one of the worst injury lists throughout the season which hardly got a mention by the mainstream media & Unai Emery never brought it up & used it as an excuse when things didn't go our way. The BBC football website has an article on premier league clubs injuries this season & 4 tables with different categories,Villa were one of the worst hit & did incredible too finish 4th & a European semi final,what Emery achieved in the last 18 months is elite & deserves more credit,a good summer in recruitment & hopefully we'll be able to challenge for something good next season. Unai Emery signing a new 5 year contract is great aswell & at Villa we're one big happy family...... up the mighty Villa!!! 😊⚽✌️🏴

As a Forest fan, I also worry about Forest next season. With less or even no money to strengthen the team and the departure of at least one key player, relegation is a real issue. Hope Nuno could sort it out.
Im a forest fan 2. I back Nuno with a whole transfer window and pre season to sort it out and get us out of the relegation battle. COYR
I feel like Forest had a lot of potential last season that they never consistently lived up to. The squad is decently strong. I actually think if Nuno has a full pre season and a bit of continuity you could be comfortably mid table

I think the point deductions for Everton actually had the opposite effect to a degree, especially the second one, because mentally when they went on that bad run of no win it was like added pressure, I think without the deductions they’d of been playing more freely, especially when you know you’re safe as well, people forget they were actually outplaying teams,the start of the season Everton were playing very good football with hardly any players fit and just couldn’t score, so adding deductions into the mix of that, it adds a lot more pressure, hopefully they can push on this season and give Goodison park a nice farewell in its final season

Firstly, great to see you back. As a Forest fan it very much depends on if we keep our best players , recruit well and avoid another PSR points deduction. Having said that, we have some good players who were definitely undermined by the points deduction. Add to that pivotal injuries, losing 7 players to Afcon, some horrendous refereeing decisions and losing a popular manager…we did well to effectively finish 10 points above the drop.

Adam Clery, of the 442 podcast, presented a really interesting analysis as to why Pochettino and the Chelsea Mgt mutually decided to go their separate ways. If he’s right, this could have major implications for any new manager, as well.

First time I don't take a video for granted 😊
Last season I expected Wolves and Sheffield United to go down due to off-field chaos. Wolves surprised me. I was surprised to see Burnley go down because they were so strong in the championship the year before.
This video was a fun exercise based on results last year but until the transfer window closes and all the off pitch issues are resolved, it will be hard to make an educated guess. I’m optimistic for Crystal Palace but one of their owners has put his stake in the club up for sale and big club vultures are circling around their better players.
All I can really say is that I can’t wait for the start of the season so I can resume my Saturday and Sunday ritual of of dragging myself out of bed at the ungodly hour of 4:30AM (that’s when the matches start in California), brewing a pot of strong coffee and enjoying the matches.
I’m so glad you’re back on doing your premier league and Championship league content. All is right with the universe now.

saints fan here, RM the last few games including the play offs has changed his system and we’ve looked so much more defensively solid whilst scoring goals so it gives me more hope. obviously we’ll need to sign proven players instead of young high potential players. with loans coming back we’ve got a few strong players who could slot in and can spend our money on players that would make a big difference. it’s really hard to call right now but i’m hopeful we’ll have a chance staying up.
Totally agree. Think we will finish low down next season as saints adapt but don't believe we will be relegated.

I'll get the obvious out of the way with my way-too-early predictions: Presuming no major seismic events, 24/25 is another duel with Arsenal and ManCity for the title, and one more in the mix of either Liverpool, Aston Villa or Chelsea.
Methinks Leicester will survive, but it will be a close call. I would not be surprised if we have to contend with So'ton on that final spot of safety. Ipswich probably stays up if McKenna stays. Finally, I agree that Palace is the surprise contender for Europe if the team stays largely together.

Villa fan here, glad your channel is still continuing, I agree with you that Villa will just miss out on top 4 next season without sounding negative, playing Champions League might have an impact on us in the league also the other top teams will improve so think it'll be 5th/6th finish unfortunately. Man Utd's FA Cup win might save ETH like it did Fergie all those years ago when a certain Mark Robins scored the winner, don't know if you've heard of him? 😆

I am a Town fan and really have no idea. Last time we came up, we finished fifth. So many variables. If l am being optimistic there is a well established pattern of play and as mentioned here, a real sense of togetherness. Recruitment thus far has been spot on, especially in January. I thought we would do well last season but the PL is something else.
