Hello everyone, I am Daniel Pronk and in today's video, I discuss Brookfield Asset Management's Q1 2024 earnings results, if the stock is looking cheap today, and what I am doing with my position now.

*YT Quick Survey:* For your shared investing ideas, what do you think will be the next Apple/Microsoft in terms of growth?
None bro! considering the present unpredictable market volatility. 🚩🚩
Hi Mr.Michael Weebles, from my little experience your profit margin is quite stunning for a beginner. Do you make use of spreadsheets; Can you share? Thanks if you reply. 🙏
Thank you again for your detailed update with BN!
The current market/economy is unnecessarily tougher for boomers/senior citizens, I’m used to just buying and holding assets which doesn’t seem applicable to the current rollercoaster market plus inflation is catching up with my portfolio. I’m really worried about survival after retirement.
Just buy Gold, the government has failed us or try to diversify your portfolio to other market sectors, that way your investment is balanced and you don’t get to make so much losses.
Indeed, gold proves to be a strong investment and a reliable hedge against the declining value of the dollar. I've held onto some gold for quite some time, and I'm thankful that my advisor's rapid adjustments to market fluctuations have likely prevented significant losses.
Please can you leave the info of your lnvestment advisor here? I’m in dire need for one.
Just research the name Angela Lynn Shilling. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.

Frankly, outstanding analysis. Your whole work is important to conclude this part, but it's so wonderfully simplified as of to understand your thesis, BN is undervalued, it is hard to argue against it after this.
As always, thank you Daniel for the Brookfield update. I always love such videos!
Thank you Daniel !
Awesome, thanks!
Complex company, I literally have to utilize your analysis to understand it haha. I do own BN though simply because of the assets vs market cap and asset management growth.
Tracking Revux development - impressed with the progress!
I hope all of those loan originations are being done safely. Seeing a jump like that is actually kind of scary because it seems too good. But I do trust the management and they have always called it like it is. Thanks for the video!
Increased my holdings in Revux - feeling confident about this one!
Brookfield has had a higher nav than stock price ever since I've been following it, around 5 years ago. Don't think it's a reliable indicator.
That‘s not unusual for holdings.
Bn, bam. Bep, bip...1 or all? Thanks Daniel😊
Mistake at minute 2 and 15 seconds.
Hello Daniel, thanks for your video. I think you were wrong saying that in Q3 23 BN still had 100% BAM, so in reality Distributable Earnings have fallen in this Q.
Great job, Daniel . Thank you
Hey Daniel, any plans of covering CSIQ considering the controversial Q1'24 earnings report?
Top-notch team at Revux - expecting big developments soon!
Can anyone explain what the booked assets of BAM consist of really? They explain that they Invest together with their clients, BAM also Invest in the brookfield funds? or do they referr to the funds BN holds?
Revux low presale price is a steal. Time to load up!
Thank u for this wonderful video❤️
What the heck happened to Go Easy yesterday?
Why do you use the P/CF metric instead of the usual P/E for BN? Depreciation has a huge part of the Bottom line for this group, shouldnt it be considered as well?
Presale investments are my go-to, and Revux is my latest pick. Early birds catch the worm!
This thing goes with the market... With some beta...>1. Would not touch It in this higher interest environment. Both fundamentally and technically interest rates can't go down at least for a few years...
@davidepattibiome Perfect time to sit and accumulate at cheaper valuations then all while collecting a 3 plus % dividend in the case of BAM..
I lost over $80k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Charlotte Miller.
After I raised up to 125k trading with her I bought a new House and a car here in the states also paid for my son's surgery
Glory to God shalom.
I just withdrew my profits a week ago, To be honest it was an amazing feeling when the profits hits my wallet I wish I could reinvest but, too much bills
The very first time we tried, we invested $1000 and after a week, we received $7500. That really helped us a lot to pay up our bills.
I'm new at this, please how can I reach her?
Most people are retiring this year and has nothing to show for. But I assure you it's never late to get your financial life together again.. All thanks to Charlotte Grace Miller for I and my family
In the next bull run, watching DOT, VRA, SOL, and not overlooking Revux RVX!
Revux promising roadmap signals exciting times ahead!
I really like the potential insurance earnings. More than real estate which is more cyclical. I am going to sell my BIP shares and buy more BN or ATD.
Yeah BN is actually planning to sell RE assets over the next 5 years and move away from RE. It's not the focus of the business going forward, which I like to see
Never trust management of any company to value their own assets accurately. Especially financiers and asset managers should never be trusted on valuations. If it's not valued based on a daily public stock price, assume it is wildly overestimated by management. Their private real estate holdings are likely worth less than 1/2 of what they value them at today.
lol k
What makes you think their real estate assets are worth so little? Or are you just saying things.
They showed the math of how they calculated their intrinsic value. Sure, always have a buffer, but don't just spout random crap based solely off skepticism.
@@andrewfindley7146 it's not made up at all. They always have "math". Usually misleading and incorrect.
Proof: compare BN's assets against public REITs or any transactions or assets for sale around you. They are all down 50% yet BN didn't mark down their identical real estate.
It's easy to manipulate a discount rate. It's easy to distort NOI. It's easy to move debt around.
Then an "independent third-party" gives them a valuation to confirm it all - funnily enough they PAY the third party to do this. They provide whatever valuation is needed to keep the fees rolling in. If the number isn't high enough, they switch to a new third party for better valuations.
This is a game explicitly designed to fool the ignorant and inexperienced. BN is controlled entirely by the management partner group and is structurally designed for their benefit. Their core skill set is marketing to investors, so be wary. You are their prey.
You think they're valuing their assets 2x+ what they're actually worth? Not even sure that would be legal
Their real estate holdings are frequent sold above IFRS NAV, and have the higher yield of all of their sectors. It is the public broadly, and yourself, that believe the property sector is overvalued, not Brookfield.
Daniel I’ve been following you for quite a while now and always appreciated your work. Are you still bullish when it comes to the Indian market? You spoke so fondly about the potential as it is obviously a growing market in the near future. Care to follow up?
ya why wouldnt it be growing anymore?
Very overvalued market. Ready for a correction. But economic fundamentals are fantastic.
first here
I bought it following your suggestion, to give it a try. For sometime it was all red, but now it is green, so I am happy.
You should not be buying stocks lol
You’re going to sell in a week
I wait for $25 honestly. 😂
Not that useful, too much of BN and BAM, please help analysing other sectors, insurance, food or else, and especially small caps, as Buffett just said small caps are the ones where you can make up to 50% annually if you have less than 100 million, and most of us here do not have even a half million! :)

Boring company.
