I just googled I guess you never loved me at all... Tho we still live together, I can tell I'm giving my all for a guy whos view on love is one sided due to him being an only child and support to a mother who never acknowledged him and saw potential in him... But I had helped him to see his worth and her to acknowledge him as a great human being... Before she died few days ago from Parkinson's dementia late stage.... I saw that coming and did everything I could to help... But almost lost myself along the way. Now changing OUR mutual ringtone from IF I GOT LOCKED AWAY... (I proved that I would still love him the same through her suffering from Dementia and helping him to cope with all of that...) to this song... Because I can see I taught him he's worth it, it will take him some time... But tho I love him, I love myself more to let him go because he won't end up well if we stay together. I'm his substitute mom and I can't go through that because she was selfish and I'm not... And this love, him seeing love like this, is eating me alive... And I just have to let him go.
