If memory serves me well, there is a 24" version of that cymbal. It might have just been in that store in Turkey, but I think it is a mass produced product. If so, that would be a great cymbal to have.
Interesting! Never considered Wuhan or Istanbul. Always just went with Zildjian by default, but knowing that they are similar and much more cost effective is good to know next time I'm in the market for new cymbals (i.e. which will be the next time I'm in the market for an acoustic drum set).
The Wuhan are great for saving cash, but if i had my choice, I would go with Istanbul all the way around. Or Meinl, if I could ever justify the cost. Those things re like a million dollars for a basic set.
