Before I got any of my crystals I used to get really bad anxiety attacks to the point I thought I was going to die my coworker has noticed that and gave me so much crystals they’ve literally been on my dresser and since I’ve had them I haven’t had one in about a month and a half probably longer so I do believe in them

I remember getting a reading one time I think it was in Arizona my whole family got one and the lady gave me a pinking flat looking crystal or I picked it and she told me what it does and why I should carry it with me at all times. I was so young and forgot why I needed to carry it with me. I probably still have it somewhere but I’m starting to get into meditation, essential oils, and crystals!

There are no rules to how many crystals you can use at once. However, there are certain crystals that work well with one another as opposed to others. It really just depends on what energy yo are trying to tap into. I very often have at least 5 or more crystals on me.
