    *IMPORTANT PLEASE READ*
Hi everyone there are tons of scammers going around RUclips right now saying people have won guitars. If it doesn't have the name ROBERT BAKER with a check mark beside it isn't me. Also, I will never ask you to pay for anything if you won. These scammers are trying to trick people into paying the shipping cost. Be safe out there and Goodluck to everyone :).

Lucky me. Thanks for alerting this as I have been looking all over to see if this was going on or not and you are the only one saying so so far that I can find.

Now I’ve realised than it isn’t that important to have thousands of options on a guitar but to have those who you really enjoy. And now I am looking that sound only a Tele can do. Good luck to everyone!

“Desert island guitar”. That’s the tele for me. I have a two guitars that are probably my “main” guitars and they’re a bit more obscure models. But if I were on a desert island and had to pick one guitar to get me through it. It’d be a tele. Obviously an acoustic would probably be better…probably no electricity on this island. But you get the metaphor.

The tele is widely known as the first mass produced solid-body electric guitar. It's the godfather of the Stratocaster and a predecessor to the Les Paul. It's legendary, definitive, versatile, influential. Chances are, if you listen to music, some of your favorite musicians played a tele - at some point. Same is true of ost of his guitars. People have bias, this is why they don't think so. Robert himself even questioned why the Jazzmaster tone, wasn't appreciated enough for how much it can actually sound better than the original guitar type used on iconic songs. Some sounded immensely better, simply on Jazzmaster. They have a wonderful ability to nail regions of tone other guitars take way too much to dial in. Fender gets there pretty much right away, imo. It's default positions don't require much adjustment to make them genre perfect. That, and the undeniable tuning stability in a Fender versus the other legacy companies, and you see its not just cause they are cheaper, it's because the thought in their design clearly was trying to be the ultimate in immediate tine versatility, with often the farthest manipulation of tone in the guitar itself, of any company.

I'd describe a tele as "simple and powerful". As far as guitars go, it doesn't get more simple than a telecaster. But there's a reason why it's still so beloved to this day and can drive both the hardest of rock songs and emanate beautiful clean tones as well

Three words, brutally honest tone. In my experience at tele really shows what kind of guitar player you are

There words to describe a Telecaster. "Old Hotness Guitar" A quote from Man in Black. I think the guitar is an old frame, but still hot to play with.

    "Stairway to Heaven"
An homage to the fact that one of the greatest, if not the greatest, solos was recorded with a Tele (and not a lot of musicians know the fact). But also, the tone literally is a stairway to heaven... with each pick up bringing you one step closer to 'heaven'

"Started it all" but it's also "My missing one" so I desperately want it. Thank you Robert and Sweetwater

Pure, Simple, Powerful. The telecaster is the perfectly example of not needing a million bells and whistles to make you feel something.

"Post Punk Icon" : The amount of artists from that era that went for the Tele & it's lighter touch always inspired me growing up.
